4th - The Marais hotels & accommodations

The hotel lies in the heart of Paris. Quite good for any type of the travel. Only if you're not very familiar to the standardized hotels in Paris, you may feel uneasy for some details like small and creaky elevator and the narrow staircases etc. Well, when you select this type of hotel in the midst of the Marais area, c'est comme ça.

We have stayed here several times and will keep going back. The staff are helpful and friendly, the rooms wist smallish are very well equipped, the location in the marais area is perfect for the metro and for walking everywhere. We didn't eat at the hotel because breakfast is nice in local cafes(and cheaper!)

This hotel is located in the 4th arrondissement in Paris. The rooms are clean, adequately sized and comes with air conditioning (a must in summer). As a group we took 3 double rooms - one of which came with a small balcony. The biggest plus of this hotel is its location. Surrounded by cafes serving cuisines of all sorts, you'll never go hungry while taking in the bohem...

This was our second stay at the Caron and it was equally as impressive, fantastic hotel in a great location. Sandra, Hassan and Hafid could not have been more helpful or informative nothing was too much trouble or effort. Hotel itself is very comfortable lots of extras included, breakfast is great. Perfect location in the Marais.

It's nothing fancy or full-featured, but for less than $200, I found Jobo to be a perfectly sweet little place to stay for two nights. Staff is very warm and friendly, and willing to help with reservations (or other planning I'm sure). One staff member gave us bus tickets from his own wallet to use one day, which I found really thoughtful. The rooms are tiny, but the d...

We stayed at turenne le marais for a couple of nights whilst in Paris as part of our European holiday. It was very comfortable and clean plus the location being in the marais was the best part. so many resturants to choose from and lots of fun little shops. would definatly stay again

stayed for 6 days and everything went well.the thing that hassled us is the late check in and no elevator. i felt like living in Paris during our stay.restos and convenient store are too many to find near the hotel.and also subways. our room is enough for the four of us.

We stayed at Hotel de Lutece for a weekend break in Paris and it was perfect for this purpose. Centrally located on Ile St Louis, many of the big sights are within walking distance e.g. Notre Dame barely 5 minutes away. However it was also very quiet and on a lovely street packed with charming artisan shops and nice restaurants. We recommend the cheese shop opposite, t...

I stayed in the hotel overnight as it was close to a meeting I had. The room was very large for Europe and was tastefully decorated in a modern style. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and well appointed. Nice spacious room, we stayed in a triple room with 3 single beds. Clean, had air con, was not noisy the street was not busy. Friendly and helpful staff, always someone there. Location was great, in walking distance to the Louvre and Notra Dame and other places. Had shops, bars and restaurants close by. Very close to the pompidou centre. Would stay again.

Loved the location of this hotel--walking distance to the Marais and just around the corner from the Metro. Many little restos and bars nearby too. Our only complaints would be the little stains in the beddings and the smell in the toilets even after flushing. You could also hear water from the other floors each time someone uses the shower. Front desk staff were incre...

Location was great as it was within the shopping district, however it was quiet difficult to park our car as there were no available parking space near the area.. but we did park at the punlic parking near hotel de villa.. overall stay was great! The hotel is in a perfect spot if you want to escape the sound of traffic and other tourists! Our room was small but wonderfully clean, crisp cotton sheet and excellent use of the space there was with mirrors and little hiding places for shoes, coats etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would love to go back

We chose the hotel for it's location and price. Location was perfect close to Place de Vosges in Marais and price was good. The hotel itself is very basi with toilets and shower in the hall and not on every floor, so you have to walk one ofr more floors up for the shower. The rooms are ok but very basic. They are clean. The corridors look very shabby, I have the idea t...

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro and there are plenty of shopping, eating and touristy spots around it. In fact, as there's so much to do around the hotel area, you'll find yourself needing to try your best to go out and explore outside of Marais and surrounding area! The price is a bit steep, but we were prepared, since it's Paris. The size of the room...

This hotel is a three star on the isle de St. Louis, just down river from Norte Dame. Quiet street with almost no traffic. Nice restaurants available. Good shops nearby. Can walk to many parts of Paris quite easily and yet the hotel is out of the hubbub of the city. Four minute walk to Norte Dame. There is a Metro stop just off of the island just a four minute walk awa...
