fairly near from a train station and a major bus stop (5-minute walk). clean room, a bit small, but fine. wifi is finely fast. take rer, then you can reach paris center w/n 20 minutes.

Pleasent place”

The hotel is quite far from Paris centre, but it doesn't matter cause I went there for my business and the hotel is quite near to my office. the hotel is far from the subway around 10 min walk. Big room but the they're not offen clean the room, once a week. I stayed there 2 weeks. so, it's quite not so good for me.

The staff is polite with good attitude The rooms is comfortable but the bed is little small. Very good price, with kitchen at room, good for long stay. Have a big bus station near to hotel, and easy to walk to metro.

Apartment far side of Paris”

Not really close to the metro around 5 mins walk, quiet neighborhood more of residential and far from city center. Nice room and complete amenities if an apartment hotel but no air-con for summer season. Staff are not really accommodating but helpful enough. Practical option since you can cook. Bring your adaptor for foreign guest and request room upstairs. Area gets very quiet at night so no option for night life

Very close to Metro, a very clean room ”

Disappointing ”

It was advertised to have air conditioning, which it didn’t. They also didn’t provide us a fan even though we asked them everyday for our 8 day stay. If we wanted a clean towel, we had to pay, if we wanted toilet paper we needed to do the same thing. We also had to wait 2 hours until we were allowed into our apartment and when the time came where we were supposed to be allowed in we had to wait another almost 30 minutes. Also found a dirty pair of men’s underwear in our room. The staff were not always pleasant to deal with. Room was not soundproof as advertised we could hear everything from the hall to outside the apartment. The main problems have to do with their false advertising which is disappointing.

1. tap water cloudy 2. hot water limited to a few minutes only. come back only like 2-3 hours later 3. no daily housekeeping. have to throw own rubbish at creepy basement 4. no aircondition. provided a fan only 5. no room service. have to request additional toiletries by personally going down to reception each time 6. reception quite friendly, but face english language problem 7. coming back from metro, felt neighbourhood quite shady at night 8. room next door on level 4 complained to me about money lost in hotel room and made police report Overall my stay of 9 nights have to bear with these above since booking non-refundable. Booking site hotel info did not say accurately.

Appt hotel très bien les chambres sont propres et de bonne taille J'ai baissé ma note car à l'arrivée sur le palier du 3 ème étage à 18h il y avait 2 gros sacs de linge sale et le lendemain matin ils n'avaient pas bougés....

Per l'attrezzatura, la pulizia della Camera e lo staff è positivo al cento per Cento. L'unica inconveniente per me stata l'impossibilità di aprire la finestra essendo al piano terra e non erano protetti per questo non potevo lasciarla aperta anche se faceva caldo.

バーはありませんでした。 レセプションの各スタッフの言う事が全部、違います。 ヘアドライヤーはバスルームにありました。 あまりにも、周囲の応対が悪いので、自分の病気の事を証明書をつけて申し出たのですが、とりあってくれませんでした。

有厨具的酒店”

房间很不错。 就是房间有点小 邻近路边有点吵。然后卫生间洗澡的地方水会跑到外面去 没有遮拦的东西。地点也不是很好找巴黎的路总是很窄。单行道 绕来绕去呵呵。 离地铁站还是有一段距离。
