I traveled with a friend for 7 nights. I have visited Paris more than 10 times, but this was my first stay at this accommodation. It had a mini kitchen, which was very convenient. The room was well cleaned, making for a comfortable stay. Although it was the end of May, when my friend said it was cold, they brought a heater to the room. The staff was also very friendly, and we had a very pleasant time. I would like to stay there again.
Room has what you need for a short stay with fully equipped kitchenette. Including a dishwasher. The bathroom size is ok and has a small bath tub. The premises also provided amenities and dishwashing liquid and cloth. It’s a pleasant place to stay near Bercy village which has many eating options. However, I would not recommend staying more than 3 nights. The property has a policy that provides daily cleaning if you stay not more than 3 nights but no service if you stay 4 nights or more. For longer stays, you are charged if you want to change the bath towels. Of course, no cleaning service is provided for longer stays.
I arrived in Paris from Lyon Station, so it was just two stops on Metro Line 14. The transfer was easy, and it was conveniently close to the nearest station. There are many restaurants nearby at Bercy Village, and there are people around late into the night, so I didn’t feel uneasy coming back at night. I chose this place because it had a bathtub, refrigerator, and coffee maker, but the kitchen wasn't equipped enough for cooking. (There are no condiments or oil, etc.) There were always staff at the reception, and they securely stored my luggage in a locked room after check-out, which gave me peace of mind. The room was quiet, but it faced an inner office and was a bit dark. The bathtub drainage was poor, and the shower pressure was very weak, so even with a bathtub, it was difficult to fill it up to take a bath. Overall, it was good.

We stayed at this hotel in mid-August in a 4-person apartment. ⚠️ Attention: If you choose this hotel because of Metro line M14, check the official RATP site for construction updates. During our stay, the metro was closed on some days. Positive Safety: We returned to the hotel around midnight after the Disney fireworks and felt safe walking from the metro station to the hotel. Curfew: You need a room card to enter the hotel at night. Luggage service: No issues storing luggage before check-in or after check-out. No tip required. Welcome lemon-mint water: Refreshing, especially in hot August. Available roughly from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Welcome snack/bread/fruit: If you return in the early evening, you may still find some available. Water dispenser: Located on the ground floor, provides both still and sparkling water (24 hours). Sunlight: Large windows with enough distance from the opposite office building. Room space: Spacious for 4 people; no need to fold the sofa bed during the day. Kitchen: Well-equipped — coffee kettle, hot water kettle, 4 stoves, dishwasher, range hood, 6 big plates, 6 small plates, 6 bowls, cutlery set, wine glasses, water glasses, salad bowl, fruit-washing bowl, 3 pots, 1 frying pan, Nespresso machine with 4 welcome capsules, chef’s knife, bread knife, spatula, egg beater, wine opener, chopping board, potholder, dishwashing liquid, sponge, rag, and hand towel. Furniture: Dining table (45x90), 4 chairs, 9 power outlets, queen-size bed, 2 folding single beds. Bathroom: Bath and toilet are in separate rooms. Safe box: Functional; we stored our passports safely. Hair dryer: Strong and hot airflow. Amenities: All-in-one shower gel, 4 sets of large and small towels, 2.5 rolls of toilet paper, trash bags. Mattress and pillows: Clean and comfortable, no bugs. Storage: Plenty of wardrobes and cabinets. Sliding door: Separates queen-bed space from sofa-bed space, helpful for minimizing disturbance if someone sleeps late or wakes early. Self-service trash disposal: Trash rooms on every floor for daily garbage, recycling, and glass. Mirrors: Two full-length and two half-length mirrors. Sound insulation: Good — no noticeable noise from outdoors, corridor, or neighboring rooms. Supermarket: Carrefour City just a 2-minute walk away. Negative The bathtub with glass partition feels a bit unsafe; watch out for wet floors. Chef’s knife is dull and hard to use. No peeling knife. The room feels dark at night. Toilet room is extremely small — the door nearly touches the toilet, and the width is only about 30 cm wider than the toilet. Refrigerator/freezer door is loose. Everything, including milk, gets frozen. Requires improvisation to fix. (We didn’t ask the hotel for help.) No ventilation in the bathroom. Cosmetic mirror in bathroom is almost falling off. Some wall paint is peeling. Suggestions Bring your own towels if you mind that the hotel towels are worn. Bring a small LED light if you prefer a brighter room. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, facial cleanser, and soap. For a 10-day stay, we skipped housekeeping but requested new towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, and shower gel. Consider taking Bus 24 one day to go to Carrefour Bercy.
