Property is a little tired when it comes to the rooms and breakfast hugely overpriced with only one price on offer whether you want continental or full cooked of 20 Euros. Location is superb and room was clean and tidy.

Staff are helpful, care about request of client during check in, and willing to offer technical help for one no-light bedroom lamp Bathroom with adequate space, relatively smaller space on the bedroom side Good location, take about 5 minutes to walk from metro station, with some restaurants nearby, close to some popular attractions (From 15 minutes walk), and for shopping

The room was old , no aircon, but they manage to bring me a fan after I complaint. They upgraded us to a first floor room because the lift is not working since years I suppose. No kettle in the room , u have to request. No bottled water in the room, u have to request. In room phone is spoil. They actually switch off the heating system. Anyway is hot in the afternoon. Beware of around 11am to 12pm this timing, cause the room cleaning lady will not knock the door, she will open your door room directly . It had happen twice while I was in the toilet. So rude! The only good thing about this hotel is safety and location. Is very safe. They are always policeman guarding patrolling around . Convenience stores are across the road. 8mins walk. Some expensive restaurant around. U can walk to opera which is more crowded and more cafe restaurants , about 15-20 mins

Hotel room is really old and dirty. WC and Showers are in separate space and both don't have ventilation system The WC smells like urine all the time as it is near the carpet, and the carpet has stains and looks disgusting. 2 out 6 nights had no hot water. Spoke to the front desk and they advised could be too many people and used up all the hot water.......shouldn't get a bigger tank then?? Has to wear sleepers in the room as the carpet throughout the room looks old/worn/dirty/has stains. No kettle/iron/coffee machine and very little lights in the room. Elevator was broken first day when i checked in so i took the stairs. Stairs was half broken as it makes noises when you walk on and carpet is torn as well. Don't know how they got 4 starts rating......max will be 2.5 in my humble opinion. Location is great but you can get better choice within the same vicinity. Only great thing is friendly staff. Those girls work in the morning are great and helpful.

The mirror is in front of the bed which made us felt uncomfortable and worried. The environment of the whole hotel and rooms are dark. And the windows cannot be closed, it’s unsafe in my opinion.

I didn’t really enjoy my stay here. It was very old and dusty. I kept sneezing because of the dust. Things didn’t seem too clean. Window didn’t close properly. The lighting was very dull.

Not worth half of the price. The hotel had worn out carpets, looked tired in need of refurbishment. Lift didn't work. Staff uninterested in customers with one exception.

Good value in a great location”
The Amarante Beau Manoir Hotel is in an excellent location that is on a bit of a quiet street within walking distance to public transit and public bicycles. There are many restaurants and little supermarkets within easy walking distance. There is also higher end shopping available on the same street. The staff were friendly and helpful when needed. The room was a decent size by European standards and although a little worn it was clean. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure/temperature were great. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Amarante Beau Manoir Hotel - i needed somewhere in paris to base me and 5 of my staff for two weeks. The location was excelent and the staff friendly. It was great value for money and i even extended my stay there for another week.

paris seems to be one of the most expensive cities to find accomodation in - amarante beau manoir provided both great value for money and a great location which was perfect for the work i was carring out in paris. would definitley stay there again and i even extended my trip by a week when i was there.

Great location and excellent staff”
My friend and I booked Amarante hotel through Agoda depending on its location, the customers' reviews and its price. Really we were never disappointed by our choice when we came to the hotel. We were very well welcomed by the reception staff. We found the room suitable for us and it was very clean and tidy.When we went outside the hotel, we were very delighted since the districts we wanted to go were mostly near the hotel and one could reach them walking.Honestly speaking, I don't have any complain only if the lights in the room are stronger.

Looks old-school, is really old-school”
After reading all the reviews on agoda (thanks guys!), we tried asking the staff for a nice room with a view of the Eiffel Tower as we were here on our honeymoon. She ended up giving us a superior room in the corner of the building. Meh. It was more spacious than I expected (after reading the reviews), but nothing to shout about either. We liked that this hotel was situated in the business district of Paris, and it was really safe at night. About 200m away from the nearest metro station (Madeleine), we could travel to the other places in Paris easily. If they ask you to pay 20 euros each for breakfast because it's not included, don't! Head down to the champs élysées or even a nearby neighbourhood and get fresh bread and coffee for 1/10 of the price.

Our stay at Amarante Beau Manoir Hotel”
Our stay at Amarante Beau Manoir Hotel in Paris was just on the average. The location of the hotel was however very convenient for us as it was near the venue of our 3 day conference held at the Intercon Le grand in Rue Escribe. The rooms however were quite wmall for a Junior suite. The lights were dark and the rooms looked old . The thing that disappointed us was the inability of the hotel to adjust our stay in the hotel not because of lack of rooms but because of their cancellation policy. I tried to move my day one day but they refused to do so despite the fact i would be staying with the hotel for seven days.

It was very pleasant except for the slow air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable and the location is just 20 meters from Place Madeleine. I will definitely stay again in the same hotel when I am in Paris. It's a small and comfortable hotel. No frills but it suited my purpose. I've found my new home in Paris.

Expensive and old hotel in a good location”
This hotel looks like it was built in the 30s, and stayed there. It was fine, but for the money, you could do a lot better. Probably expensive because the location was central, 10 min walk to the Galeries Lafayette and 20-min walk to Champs Elysees. Elevator was tiny. Rooms were dark. No kettle in the room. Lousy breakfast.
