After this, I have a great reputation with APA hotels, and would definitely book with them again for a good and safe hotel. Amazing price with so many amenities and even two family marts. The room itself was okay, a bit too small for my taste, but it was at least clean with everything working perfectly. In my entire trip in Japan, this was the only hotel that offered a fitness room, which although was limited, was enough for me to get a small workout for the two nights I was here. I wish there was a water fountain near the gym, so I can just fill up my water. It was really nice for there to be washing machines and dryers as well, but I wish there were more as I had to wait quite a while to get one and it took a long time to dry as well (still slightly damp after 1 hour 30 minutes) Lastly, they were very accommodating to let us check in our bags early, so we didn't have to carry it around. But on the booking it said it would have early check in and late check out, but turns it that's not something they expected and they looked very uncomfortable at the suggestion of an early check in, which is why we just checked the bags instead.
We stayed two different times at this hotel, once in a handicap accessible room and once in a standard room. The handicap accessible room was perfectly cozy and comfortable - loved it actually. The standard room was a bit tight (and we've stayed in small rooms), especially in the bathroom where you could touch both walls with your elbows tucked in. The facilities and many extras (spa-level toiletries) more than made up for the small room. Also you can store your luggage under the beds and have about a foot between them. The beds are two American full-size beds, plenty of room. A/C and heat worked great. We loved having the convenience stores in the hotel with great cheap and delicious food options that they would even heat up for you! Bathhouse was superb although very busy on Saturday, weekdays were great. The location couldn't have been better - walkable distance (or bike/handicap scooter) to so many cool places! My only complaint was the hardness of the beds - if you like mid to soft bed bring foam pad or blow-up pool inflatable (sounds crazy - but works).
I stayed in a single room for three days. First of all, I was surprised by how spacious both the bed and the room were! Thanks to that, my sleep during the stay was very comfortable. The height of the bed allowed me to place my suitcase and other luggage underneath, which was great since it didn't get in the way. The bed had power outlets on both sides of the headboard, making it easy to charge devices (one outlet on the right and two on the left). The air conditioning worked perfectly, and I appreciated that a humidifier was provided! The size of the bathroom was ordinary. The sink was a bit narrow, which made it difficult to wash my face. But perhaps it wouldn't be a problem if I washed it in the bathtub? One nice feature was that the angle of the showerhead could be adjusted! It made washing my hair much easier and was really convenient. The amenities were also hung on the doorknob in the morning, allowing for a comfortable stay even with multiple nights. The hotel also has a convenience store, which is convenient as you can use the rental loungewear anytime, 24 hours a day. Lastly, the night view from my room was beautiful and became a great memory of my trip. Thank you for accommodating my requests. I had a very comfortable stay and would love to use this hotel again!

Yes the rooms are a little small but with EVERYTHING you need! we booked last minute. it looks a bit like a Las Vegas hotel with a large entrance, huge reception desk, infinite corridor to reach the room, restaurants, pubs, cafes, shops all inside with a beautiful, large, accommodating onsen and also with many services! would i go back? absolutely yes! the bus stop is two steps away to go to the airport, it is located near the sea, a shopping center is very close and also close the most beautiful attractions of Yokohama . excellent excellent!

“Clean hotel with great facilities”
APA usually gets a bad rap for being a hotel with rooms that are only slightly better than capsule hotels and very minimal in terms of facilties. This one is a bit more functional and also value for the money. The rooms are still small by most standards but it is larger than ones found in Tokyo APAs. Everything basic expected of a hotel room is supplied. The space is small but very efficient. The under-the-bed storage space is welcomed otherwise there will not be enough room for luggages. What makes this hotel special is that it that it has a very full featured Onsen along with 2 Family Marts. This makes the stay so much more enjoyable if you like onsens in hotels. I went every night. All in all, for a solo traveler, this place is more than sufficient and great value for the price. For more than one traveler, it might be a tight fit. Suggest getting a slightly bigger room if you plan on spending any time in the room beyond sleeping and showering. For a solo traveler it is quite sufficient
