It was the first time we used this chain. It was a bit of a wait, but our goal was just a good bed to sleep. We were very surprised by the reception, the environment and the interior of the hotel. This hotel should definitely not be inferior to the rest of the hotels. The staff are super friendly. The room was very clean. The breakfast was surprisingly in a cardboard take-away box. That was a little disappointing but we manage. The breakfast itself was super good! To be repeated. Are we going to do it. We paid barely 71 euros for two people with breakfast.

Worth the price”
We wanted to go to Disneyland and use our saved money at the park, not the hotel. This hotel was perfect for that. Don’t expect anything fancy but you will get a clean room, free shuttle service to the park, and free breakfast. You won’t get your little complimentary shampoos, conditions and lotions but I would rather have the other amenities mentioned above. They also have free WiFi but it was really slow. I would recommend this hotel for those on a budget but want family friendly, clean and a safe hotel experience.

Exceptional”
Very good value for money Disney partner hotel in a real nice area with a nice lake/park situated around the back of the hotel. The continental style breakfast was decent and the rooms very good. There are free shuttle buses included to and from Disney which also stop at 4 other hotels along the way (they vary the order of pick up/drop off) but be warned they are VERY busy at the start/end of the Disney park days and can get very chaotic and at times dangerous for young children as there is no queuing system in place either end so it ends up being a huge free for all with everyone charging all at once, which is no fault of the hotel by the way. It's around a 30-35min walk to the DIsney Parks if you fancy the walk.

Room cleaned every day. Children happy with facilities available to them to play with. Shuttle bus provided for transportation to the city. Staff very polite to us and assisted when needed. Breakfast was value for money. Noticed there was no iron for use for our rumbled clothes.

This hotel was excellent quality , cheapest price by far in the area. Rooms were so comfortable, warm and well laid out. Food in hotel was perfect for families. The buffet breakfast was 1 of the highest standards i have seen in an hotel in a long time. Fantastic for families. Cant wait to go back. Would recommend 100%.

The room was exactly as described and super clean. The staff were all so friendly and so helpful. We asked how to get to paris and they made it so easy for us - literally drew us a mini map which was so nice and super helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Free shuttle to the park/train station, very clean, comfy beds, great breakfast, nice staff. Free storage lockers for (very large) luggage were a bonus. Better value for money than the themed hotels in the area but just as close.

The shower warer came in waves of first hot water and then cold that was the only thing in the room that was a bit uncorfortable and in the breakfast area the fact that they dont do scrambled eggs is not good as some people or kids dont like pouched eggs

Exceptional”
Hotel was located on vast and pretty grounds. Facility had minimalistic vibes which amplified its cleanliness (and this is coming from someone who is super particular about cleanliness!) - rooms were clean, not dusty. Toilets were virtually spotless. The showers was great and had good water pressure. Beds and pillows were comfortable (not flat, soft and floppy). All staff we met were friendly and polite. Hotel was just a 5 min shuttle ride from Disneyland and the shuttle arrives every 10min during peak hours. Breakfast was simple but ample for a good start to the day. Overall, was pleasantly surprised at the value for money! 10/10 would stay at this hotel again if I visit Disneyland!

Solo disneyland paris trip”
Cannot fault this hotel. For the price you pay its really good quality stay. Clean rooms, bed linen and towels changed daily, staff friendly, disney shuttle bus to parks provided for free, and also free breakfast each morning which has been basic but delicious and very plentiful as its buffet style ( croissants, Nutella and jams, toast, apples and oranges, ham and salami, bread rolls, cheese, yoghurts and also cereal, teas coffees and juices, all buffet and as much as you like. The buses to disney from this hotel start at 7.52am and run ever twenty mins, they do service four other partner hotels also. There is hairdryer in the room and also towels provided in the room. No toiletries or handsoap are provided. There's also no tea or coffee making facilities but can get these for take away at the bar anyway. The bar serves food and snacks also in the evenings. Very nice hotel will defo be back.

It’s just 10 minutes drive from the hotel to Disneyland Paris Resort. What’s awesome is that they provide a shuttle for all the guests. The staffs were very accommodating and helpful and very professional. It’s far from the city, but there’s a train station next to Disneyland Park.
