Nice hotel in the middle of city”
Reception initially didn't give us the deluxe room that we have asked for and no extra bed. However, they made amends quickly and also offered as free breakfast the next day. Overall nice, new hotel, great location with many good eateries nearby.

Short and Sweet”
A 48 hour Paris excursion. Far enough from Champs Elysees—easy walk to F D Roosevelt stop. room was fine. quiet and large enough- only a shower- not shower tub as advertised by Agoda. Staff was lovely!! Very helpful always available for any questions.

The Agoda reservation was misleading as we booked a classic room with 2 beds which uvwas confirmed however hotel advised that they do not have classic rooms with 2 beds. Needless to say we were not impressed however the hotel staff went beyond the extra mile to assist us

Lovely staff and a great location. The room was smaller than expected and there were signs of wear and tear, it just felt somewhat tired and lacking. As with most hotels in Paris, it's best if you knock one star off how they promote themselves.

The hotel is very old, the rooms are extremely small, the staff are rude and they asked me to sign on papers saying that I have to cover the room amount and other charges from my card while I have paid already and booked in advance! I told them non of the hotels asked me to sign piece of paper except you guys even in Paris in other hotels no one asked to take my card and check if it's valid or take a deposit amount except this bad hotel!

Been staying in this hotel since they opened. Never again. Poor guest service. When I requested my shower gel bottle to be replenished housekeepers and front desk staff told me that the hotel run out of shower gel since January. I was advised to use the shampoo as a shower gel and just rinse longer. I ended up buying my own shower gel but after 3 days I was so irritated I decided to contact Agoda and report my dissatisfaction with this hotel. Their inability to provide basic hotel amenities is unacceptable. After Agoda contacted the hotel administrators, I received a letter from hotel manager and visit from housekeeping manager with shower gel bottle, soap, shower cap and slippers. The staff tried their best to be cordial but overall guest service is dismal. For the amount of money I paid for the 6 days of stay in this property , there are better accommodations elsewhere.

DO NOT STAY! ”
This is NOT a 4 star hotel by any means! This a 2 star property at best. Staff is incompetent and incredibly rude. They do not have a basic understanding of what customer service. We had several issues with our booking and room but when we asked to speak to a manager, their response was “it is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a manager”. It was impossible to speak to her because she was clearly too busy chatting with her coworkers in the office next door and does not care enough to speak to paying customers. We were told by the staff to send her an email. Of course, she never responded. Rooms are Tiny, dirty and in desperate need of an update. The light switch was broken. Beds are stiff. No iron or hot water. Our sink had a terrible leak. I usually leave positive reviews, especially if it’s a local establishment but the lack of attention and blatant disrespect is appalling. We paid close to $300 a night/room and it was a complete waste of money. DO NOT STAY HERE!
