Great place to stay”
Location was ideal, being only a 2 minute walk to a main train station. Also located among a vast variety of food options for the day as well as pubs for the night. Rooms were very clean and service was remarkable. Definitely get your money’s worth staying here.

I had everything I need with massive comfort!”
The check-in was really straight forward, the room was decent size, there was proper air condition, free water in the room, shower was working perfectly, bed was comfy. Wifi works well too! What more an overnight business traveller can ask for?

Stay at the heart of Paris”
I loved the location as it is only walking distance to Galeries Lafayette, Louvre, Opera. Also, around it are many restaurants and boutiques, also very accessible to the metro. It will never be scary to walk alone at night as it is very near restaurants that close late. I also loved the breakfast buffet and friendly staff.

It’s my home in Paris ”
Every time I come to Paris , I must stay here . It’s easy to reach anywhere ! Just a min walk you can have metro , monoprix . Also you can have bars and resto . Its my 5th stay for this hotel !

Cozy and hospitable”
1)Near restaurants of all kinds 2)Few steps from Metro Grands Boulevard which has an up escalator 3)Beside M&S supermarket & near Carrefour and Bio Bon Supermarket 4)Beside Grevin 5)No disposable slippers, bring your own. I was told by front desk that this is just a 3 star hotel and there is no such item in their hotel. 6)Only one bottle of complimentary water for first day 7)Room is very small. There is no luggage rack. We got room 405 & 417. Aircon works in 405, but the aircon is busted in 417. We were told to open heater if cold and open windows if hot for 417. 8)If you like shopping, there is none near the hotel. Champs Elysees area is better as there are hundreds of shops. Champs Elysees shopping district is between Metro George V and Metro Franklin Roosevelt near Arche de Triomphe. Although this hotel is just 2 subway stops from Gallery Lafayette, the walk is dark at night and best to take Metro. Buy the 7 days unlimted NAVIGO Metro card (Euro27.80 only).

Good Location and hotel but staff was little disappointing”
One thing i would say is the location of this hotel is the best in Paris. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the location. I was although a little disappointed with the staff. The staff were a little rude and kept on reminding us that we have to pay the "city tax". I told them if you include in the bill ofcourse i will pay it but they reminded my three times in my 3 days of stay. Also the cleaning staff came into the while we were in the room. I believe they were supposed to knock first. They did not tell us that we had to book the airport shuttle in advance and when we asked for the shuttle their behavior was like "you should already know this". I wish i could lodge a complain against the entire staff to be more kind to the customer. I have one word for the staff - Rude. The AC was leaking. Do let the rude staff know about this.

OUR Rugby match was cancelled so we wanted to reschedule our reservation for later in the year. The staff could not have been nicer in assisting with our problem. It was resolved to our satisfaction.

Ok for a night but needs some serious upgrades ”
This hotel is well located though it’s off the street and several rooms inside don’t have windows. My bedroom was perfectly fine with a back street view and quiet. The elevator was not working and there are places where windows were broken. The staff at reception is ok but not very friendly. Lots of people had trouble with their electronic cards to enter in and out of the floors and building.

Good location, Nice Staff, but rooms need renovation”
Good location, 12-15min walk from Opera and the RER CDG bus. Staff was friendly. However the cramped rooms are in disrepair. Bathroom floor was extremely warped, no shower curtains, water did not flow well in the sink, etc etc. Would recommend more updated hotels...

Generally a comfortable stay”
The room is small with little circulation space for luggage but it has everything i need and the cleaner make up the bed daily. I like the bathroom as it is bright and spacious compared to a few hotel I stayed before I came to Paris. Breakfast is simple and tasty that comes with additional charges. I love the location as it is near to metro station, within walking distance to hop on hop off big bus stop and la fayette shopping mall. The entrance of hotel is just right inside the passage jouffroy, mark and spencer food store is in the same passage. Cons wise the soundproof of room is very poor and there could be some communication issues. When checked in i was told by one receptionist that breakfast is included but when i check out i was told by another person it required additional charges. And the aircon does not function but i am fine with a cold temperature at night. Overally the best choice available to me online considering price, location and comfortability.

This facility was completely acceptable - not glamorous, but glamor is not needed and not expected at this price point. The hotel has a shuttle service to the airport, which was also helpful.

A lovely stay in the center of Paris”
The hotel was well located and easy to get to via public transport. The staff were lovely and the room was very clean and comfortable. The room was very warm in the evening so we did crack a window, but overall it was a lovely stay. We would certainly recommend to anyone.

Good location, Entrance of Hotel is in the Passage. when you come back after they lock the gate of passage(at Night) you can push the button under the name tag of the hotel. the staff will unlocked the gate. In the Passage at day time have a lot of interesting shop even Mark&Spencer food store, very convenience.

This hotel is now a Best Western. It does not live up to Mercure standards. Close to the Louvre (15 min walk). Close to the metro & the Hard Rock Cafe.

Great Location, Friendly Staff”
Although the rooms were a bit small and dark for my liking and I had a view of a wall... The hotel was centrally located and the staff was pleasant enough. the subway was about 50 meters away and the premises is located close to a large department store, and several restaurants. Well worth it.
