we had a fantastic stay in france, staff at la demeure were very helpful. rooms were small but perfectly adequate with good ensuite facilities provided.

i think this hotel has a variety of rooms so it depends how lucky you are - you can end up in a more or less good room. our room was on the third floor and we could see the eifel tower in the distance (this might be of some importance to someone who's staying in paris for the first time). the room is small and a bit depresive but still ok for paris 3star hotels standards. still, the bathroom size was a biger problem - it was very small and it cries for refurbishment. the location is ok particularly if you want to stay a bit out of the tourist crowds. there are two supermarkets next to the hotel and a bakery which is very helpful. in general, an ok place to stay (particularly for a short stay) but this is all acording to paris standards. the hotels are very expensive in paris and for the price you pay you don't get the quality.

Excellent value for money”
We had a good stay in this nice clean hotel. The hotel is located near quartier latin in a lively and safe part of town and an excellent starting point for trips since also metro station is nearby. We did not need the hotel breakfast since you can buy your croissant at every corner which is actually more pleasant to do. In all this 3 star hotel offers excellent value for money if you want to sleep in paris city center.

We have 3 nights here, although room a bit small but great location! Walk to opposite there is a bus to the destination I wanted to go. There is supermarket nearby too! Staff very friendly and welcome us and helpful, I have booked my Disneyland ticket for last minutes, and staff willing to help us for printing the ticket! Definitely will recommend to others!

Boutique hotel in good location”
The hotel is located about 10 mins away from the train station. Directly below is a supermarket. We reached there early and the staff was kind enough to allow us to leave our bags there while we were sightseeing. Location is quiet but close enough to some eateries and a supermarket.

The hotel is nice and clean. The room was on a smaller size but we were able to keep two large suitcases open without any inconvenience. The view was good. The room was quiet.

The staff and hotel is amazing ”
The staff is really nice, stay there for 4 days The staff give me a free upgrade on the first day. I book it day by day on Agoda, as soon as I walk down they already know I book for the next night and help me with my needs. The wellness center is amazing. It’s by room I think, so it’s more private. The staff help you heat up before u walk in . Overall it’s the best hotel I stayed in Paris so far.

Erfüllt seinen Zweck ”
Schönes Hotel, Zentral, wirklich sehr nettes Personal und ein gutes Frühstück. Erfüllt seinen Zweck auf jeden Fall und ist für den Preis völlig in Ordnung. Lediglich das Badezimmer war an manchen Stellen nicht ganz das neuste. Sonst aber gut und ist weiterzuempfehlen.
