“Autumn holiday”
If you’re coming in autumn there is no free shuttle you will have to get a cab to town and make sure you state big bear apartments not chalets or they will not find you. We ended up saying the resort across the road it was easier. Apart from that this place was awesome! Aska picked us up on arrival and drove us to station when we left. You also get one free grocery shop lift to the supermarkets, Again awesome service ! I can’t say enough about the fabulous restaurant right next door where we ate every night. The wagyu skewers, croquettes and egg dashi were to die for mot to mention best French fries and fried chicken ever!!! Would highly recommend.
