The location was good , the apartment was great it fits 4-6 people easily 3 double beds in 3 different room. It was clean and easy to access. The only problem was the 500 euro deposit which until now is not returned yet.

Worst Choice ! Beware !!!”
No washrooms, no lockable rooms, no one available to help you at property, had wait 25 minutes outside the door in cold. They don’t bother how you feel, no hot water, no heater, no use of making any request. Just don’t book it.

Only the location is good, but didn't feel comfortable with the appartements. The building has many offices surrounded and you cant open the window! Bathroom is horrible.

Before arriving to the apartment, we had to pay the total amount of the reservation. This means that even if we don't like the apartment when arriving to it, our complains would be unfrutfull... because we had already payed it totally. Normally you only pay the total amount of the reservation, at check in ou at check out. To receive the keys, we had to make a deposit of 500€. The obligation to pay this deposit was not mentioned anywhere in the reservation, thus causing us some doubts about the honesty of this charge. But the deposit was refunded to us on the business day immediately after our check-out. I asked for an invoice of the amount paid for the reservation, which was never sent to me. The water pressure was so low that we could barely shower (and with 36ºC in paris, we really enjoyed being able to take a shower!) At the entrance of the building there were laundry cars, and bags of dirty laundry taken from other apartments. There should be a storage area in the building to store both washed and dirty laundry. Our apartment did not have air conditioning, which for an apartment described as a "luxury apartment", would not be expected. But even though we didn't have AC in our apartment, the AC's from other apartments were installed on the wall of our apartment, so we had to constantly hear the AC motor from other apartments. The neighborhood where the apartment is located is poorly frequented, lots of homeless sleeping in the street, many drunks...etc.

The studio was super small (we were three people). I booked it through Agoda - not a good agency as they never provided any guidance on how to contact the owner and so we were waiting for over an hour trying to figure out how to get the key. Agoda never replied to my messages either. Someone was kind to help us and gave us the information we needed.

Better than expected”
Having read some bad reviews we were prepared for the worst. When we arrived we had to call the host in order to let us in. This could be a problem for some people. Then they asked us for 500E deposit which was nowhere listed in the terms they had already sent us (after booking the appartment). For some reason they decided not to insist on the deposit. The actual appartment was fine, very quiet,decently cleaned and furnished. The bed was big and comfortable, kitchen was decently stocked. The bathroom was clean with glass shower and with a window. The appartment was also pretty big in size and there was a giant TV. My smartphone was the only device that could connect to the fast wifi and I had to share the wifi from my phone to our other devices. Metro line was very close to the appartment and the neighbourhood was safe and with super market and bakery very close.

Exceptional location, 15 mins waking from River Seine, value for money, apartment was slightly smaller than expected but service was very good. We had a power issue which was sorted in 10 mins by the caretaker. Would love to stay here again. City centre at an unbelievable price !

Nice Roma, terrible staff ”
Staff made me wait two hours sitting In the stairs (17pm) until I could make the check in. I asked for an early check in at 12, but they told me I had to wait until 15, which I did but when I arrived the place wasn’t ready. At the time of check out, the manager in a very rude way was trying to kick me out of the apartment at 11:00hs sharp. The nerve.

Edificio muy viejo y con falta de mantenimiento, reserve un apartamento para 4 personas con habitacion separada y era un monoambiente donde estabamos todos apretados, sin aire acondicionado y sin ventanas para que ingrese ventilacion. El personal muy apatico antes del viaje nunca me respondieron un solo mensaje con informacion del check in que solicitaba.

L'accueil a été très bien avec des personnes très sympathiques même si nous avons eu un problème de clef qui a été réglé très vite. L'appartement est idéalement placé dans Paris avec un accès très proche du métro. Appt 202 calme car donnant sur une cour intérieure. Appartement fonctionnel et conforme aux photos. Deux bémols, le rideau de fer de la chambre était bloqué et ne montait pas plus de 50 cm, et la première nuit des employés de bureau situé en face faisait une fête le premier soir avec les fenêtres ouvertes, j'ai dû intervenir à plusieurs reprises pour arrêter les nuisances, je pense que c'était exceptionnel.

엄마칠순여행을 위한 숙소였는데”
602호 머물렀는데 방도2개, 화장실도 2개라 너무 편하게 잘이용했습니다 열쇠로 이중잠금이라 안전한 느낌이었고 지하철도 가깝고 마트도 가깝고 주변에 맛집도 많아서 위치도 좋았어요!! 만족스럽게 잘 이용했습니다

다른 가게에서 체크인을 해야해서 6 30분 이후에 오면 체크인을 하기 어렵습니다 겨우 겨우 들어가서 관계자분 통해서 체크인했습니다. 예치금 설명 없었으나 결제해야했고 아직 카드 취소 되지 않았습니다.

엘레베이터 고장으로 유아 혼자 갇혀있었어요 숙소 안에서도 열쇠로 문을 잠궈야해서 혹시 안에 사람이 있는 상태로 불이라도 난다면 밖으로 나갈 수가 없습니다 체크인을 하고 30분도 안되서 체크아웃을 했지만 4박 5일에 대한 비용을 청구했습니다 1명 이상의 숙박은 절대 피하세요
