"We reserved and paid for the hotel online. When we got to the hotel we were told that it was just a reservation online that we had to pay in person. Since it was the middle of the night and we have 5 kids we decided to stay and deal with it the next morning. They charged us twice on two different CC. When we tried to talk to them about it, they were rude and refused to refund us the stay. Horrible customer service. Will never come here again "
