    “A very special place I would always come back”

    I stayed 3 night at this special place. Don't expect any luxury or special cleanliness. This place is really quit und safe and as a woman solo traveler I felt very comfortable. It is like living in a film set of former times. The building has a very special flair. They have a lot of green around and I would always come back. Highly recommend for those who seek flair more than luxery. Most of the rooms have a shared bathroom, I had one of my own. Same with the balcony. It is definitely worth the money. Thanks for all

    Broad Lands was the perfect place to wrap up my India trip. The building is steeped in character and exuding charm that makes it a memorable stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms are simple yet comfortable, offering just what you need for a cozy stay. The real gem is the courtyard—it’s a vibrant, peaceful spot with friendly cats roaming around and countless nooks to explore. Whether you want to relax or wander, the space feels like a little sanctuary.

    “Totally misleading and cheating ”

    My recent stay at Broad Lands was an extremely disappointing and distressing experience, far from what was advertised on Agoda. The listing prominently mentioned air-conditioned rooms, clean facilities, and proper amenities. However, none of these claims matched reality. To begin with, the room provided was not air-conditioned at all, despite this being a key factor in my booking decision. The overall condition of the room was very poor ; it was dusty, neglected, and clearly not maintained to any acceptable standard. As someone with allergies, the excessive dust triggered a severe reaction, making the stay not just uncomfortable but a health concern. The bathroom was equally unacceptable. It was unhygienic, poorly cleaned, and lacked even the most basic facilities that were promised in the listing. There was a clear absence of proper maintenance and sanitation, which is completely unacceptable for any accommodation provider. Furthermore, none of the amenities advertised were actually available. This is a clear case of misrepresentation and false advertising. Guests rely on accurate descriptions to make informed decisions, and this property fails entirely in that regard.

    “It's like home ”

    So I booked my single bed with attached bathroom on an offer price 700 + tax -/. If I talk about value for money it's a big YES. It's just like a old house vibe.i had only one issue that was the bed . It might give you some iching but not extream.The staffs are polite and that location has got everything you need . I would highly recommend it for those who follow simplify over luxury.

    “Very charismatic and beautiful place ”

    I love staying in Broad Lands when I’m in Chennai. It‘s a very unique and charismatic place to live in. The surrounding area is alive and you can get basically anything you want and need. The hotel itself is very quiet and layed back… perfect for resting in the afternoons and nighttime.
