"I stayed at this hotel over the years, for me its the best in Caracas, in terms of safety, cleanliness, etc. food is unnecessarily pricey, but Maute grill about 1 km away, has the best food you can have in Caracas for lunch and dinner. Breakfast at the hotel is perfect."
