"After driving 2 hours from San Francisco in the middle of summer this hotel was a welcoming site and the overall outlook of the facilities really pleasing! Beyond the facade, the staff were fantastic! Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and even baked cookies to compliment the complimentary capsule coffee machine. The room was incredibly spacious for 4. Looked like it could take 8 of us. No need to look beyond the hotel for breakfast when staying here, the breakfast is the best I've had in any BW hotel. A must-try is the quiche! Although the cost was on the high side, it includes a complimentary shuttle service to anywhere within town. Most ideal when you've had a glass too many - this is after all Napa Valley! All you have to do is ring them from anywhere and the minibus will come get you within 15mins to take you anywhere! This is overall, the best place to stay when you're in Napa!"

"This place was a last minute choice for an overnight stay in Calistoga for us. Glad we did it!. Excellent location for the town, restaurants and shops. They offer a wide range of spa services which we didn't have any time to take advantage off, and a heated hot tub, along with a nice pool. We met and chatted with the new owners and they are really nice and willing to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. we were upgraded on arrival without any charge, we had a really quiet room which was a decent size, great bathroom and really clean. We had a gas fire in room and all the required facilities of a small kitchen etc. I would really recommend anyone wanting to visit Calistoga (Which we think is better than Napa BTW) to stay here, great for a night or a week. Decent parking, and easy to find. Well done and we will be back for sure. Thank you."
