I totally enjoying my time staying here. The room is lovely with television for this price. They even have instant tea and coffee for a morning drink and they’re totally free. The service staffs are really welcoming and fluent in English as well. Location is great for many asian restaurant and supermarket, super easy for foods. Love my time here. Strongly recommend for anyone with this budget

Couldn’t find reservation”
I don’t know if this was the hotels fault or not but the staff at reception desk couldn’t find my reservation. We contacted agoda and they had to contact the supplier to resolve the problem but the supplier wasn’t answering so we sat for 2.5 hours between 12-2am trying to get into our room. I wish the staff would have been more understanding but they made me pay for the night instead. When I woke up I went to reception and a different staff member found my reservation so I feel like the first member just didn’t know what he was doing. It caused a lot of headache and we were so tired, but we got refunded and the room was good. Overall I recommend the place but frustrated with the way the staff handled it, and didn't help or have any answers.

I recently came across Agoda.com if you don’t know what it is ( I didn’t ) it’s an online travel agency and metasearch engine for hotels and more. About half of Agoda's bookings are made via its mobile apps. I needed to find a quick accommodation for a business meeting in Paris during my stay there and at a fair price that considers quality, performance, supply conditions, time of delivery and payment options which was calculated at the level that is fair for both sides. I eventually booked a room at Campanile Paris Porte D'Italie Le Kremlin Bicetre Hotel. Perfect location, really pleasant vibe and clean room, beautifully appointed and very comfortable bed. But the thing that made this such a great hangout to say the least was the extremely generous and professional staff that went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting paris and despite the little problem with my reservation ( I had booked the room under my pseudonym) but when I checked in, I had to show my ID which was my real name. A big misunderstanding at the desk but fortunately the matter was resolved with great courtesy. Up the elevator with an access systems not only to keep guests safe, but it is also a signature brand to remain trustworthy in the market. Any breach of occupants’ safety can immediately be publicized, which can break the reputation of a hotel. Do not miss out if you are headed to Paris. This was one of the nicest places I stayed in the four weeks I was traveling through Europe. Thanks for making my visit to « Campanile Paris Porte D'Italie Le Kremlin Bicetre Hotel a place to remember and please a big shout out to Alain who was so kind enough to respond with prompt service so I don’t feel alone and made my breakfast that much better. -Its in Circel No. 13 close to china town / vietnam and asian Restaurant and -Market less then 5-8 Min. walk to the Metro (Port Italy) Metro Nr. 7 - it s a big Hotel with normal-small room with regular Shower, Bed, toilet and TV - NO SAVE, NO Water, NO fridge, NO Shower gel ! ( maybe it s in PARIS ? ) we hear someting like that, not sure, or during the COVi19 Time or any other reason.. THATS a bit funny - also i dont understand the system about cleaning the room .. - we put the green sign for clean the room 9 am .. but back in the night, nobody clean our room, so how does it works ? - i have to tell the reception ? - all in all we was ok, but missing the small thing you get in the most hotel s around the world ! But PARIS France looks different

The room is not too big, might be tight for 2 people but everything else is good f !! Dont forget to close the door between the room and the hallway , can be noisy!! Room was a bit stuffy unless kept cold ...No cable channels ...

Near to bus stop and restaurants. Howsver, the metro station is quite far away so better take buses if possible. We arrived the hotel early in the morning at 7am, and the staff kindly arranged a room for us immediately. We love how the hotel provides kettles so we can drink something hot in winter.

This is my second time here. Few things have changed since I was here last - besides the staff that have changed - now they requested €150 deposit which kinda turned me off and then I found hair in my bed sheet ! my breakfast was not included - it cost an extra €13 and it finishes at 9 am which was a bit early to end a breakfast- a little disappointed this time around -

The heating is not working in the rooms and it is very cold.”
the room was very cold the first day we were told that the air conditioner was not working and they would fix it, the second day it was also very cold And the staff said that they could not do anything about it, we asked to change the room, they changed it, but the air conditioner did not work here either, they asked for a blanket, but this is apparently It was very difficult for a staff member with such a disgruntled face to give us a blanket as if we were to blame for something. About the rest of the minuses, I just keep quiet.

The hotel itself is alright, with the basic amenities for a reasonable short stay. Not sure what other guests were complaining about the regulation of temperature, as in my room I could very easily adjust the air-con/heating. The main disadvantage of the hotel is that is far from the city centre, so depending where you want to go, you may expect long commuting times (however, I must say that this relative distance makes the place cheaper than similar hotels closer to the city centre). On the bright side the M7 metro is 6-7 minute walk, so at least it's reasonably well connected. The area of Le Kremlin Bicetre itself is not particularly appealing/attractive, so this little hotel is a good option for those with a tight budget, having a short stay in ¨Paris, and only looking for a "base" where to sleep while in Paris rather than spending the time in the hotel or surrounding areas.

I booked in the Hotel Campanile The Kremlin-Bicetre Porte d'Italie a room for my son from 04 to 07 October 2019 in room 326. During his stay his suitcase and belongings have disappeared, not to say "Stolen", from his room, the day before his checkout. Despite his written, verbal and telephonic claims, no action has been taken. Not even excuses. Congratulations for the hospitality.

i got the double room for € 55,-- incl. breakfast, over Agoda which is a great deal for Paris. I wanted a place near Chinatown, which it was ... 10 minute food walk. Metro was also a five minute walk so all in all the perfect place to dicover Paris, even so its not in the center of Paris.
