A bit far from Kannai st. compared to others in the area but the good thing is its cost and room size. The cleanliness is also good. They have ice making machine and microwave on each floor. Recommend for solo traveler.

We were extremely pleased with our stay here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They do speak English for those of us who do not speak Japanese. And if they are unable to, they are very quick to use a translator. Rooms are very comfortable and luxurious. You are provided with Robes, slippers, toiletries, brush, toothbrush, Electric kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, cups and a shoe horn. The tub was deep and very roomy and comfortable. Hotel is about across the street from the subway and a close walk to the train station. Lawson Convenient Store is downstairs and 7-11 is across the street. There are several great restaurants close by to eat. We really enjoyed everything about this place and highly recommend it.

Every 3 months I have to travel to Yokohama to see my partner who's based in Yokosuka and Yokohama is the best place we can stay and I can say that this is the best hotel we been so far. It's already my 2nd time in this hotel. Bigger rooms than usual Japanese hotels and they clean your room very well everyday. No need to call reception just leave the signs and when you get back it's all good, clean, and new sheets. Thank you!

I made a reservation on the day of my stay. The location is great, right by the station exit, and there's a convenience store (Lawson) on the first floor. I was able to stay at a very reasonable price. The room had everything I needed, including a refrigerator with an ice maker, a kettle, coffee cups, outlets near the bed, and a hairdryer, making it very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and spacious enough. The bathtub drainage was slightly clogged.

“Worth the money!”
The room is larger than the sizes you'd expect from a hotel in Tokyo. We had four medium-sized luggages but there was enough room for my friend and I to do our business. The room smells great as it is a non-smoking room. The elevator, however, starts smelling like smoke around 9/10 am. I believe the staff cleans the elevator in the morning, but since there is a smoking booth in the lobby, the smell of smoke lingers in the elevator. Note this if you are sensitive. The staff are very kind and assisted us even after checkout. The hotel is also right in front of the Isezaki-Chojamachi Station Exit 3A so travelling is super easy, especially in the rain! Love this place and will definitely book again.
