My wife and I absolutely loved this room. Everything was chic and comfortable including the Japanese toilet seat. The hotel is close to the metro and all the high end shops. The staff were very friendly and there’s a nice restaurant/bar as well. I HIGHLY recommend staying here because I definitely will!

Great Location”
My wife and I have a great Stay at Chouchou. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Although the laundry service can be improve. We waited 3 days for our laundry and the coffee stain on the shirt was not remove despite informing the reception. At check out, we were double charge for the laundry and 1 day morning breakfast which we did not order. Nevertheless, Chouchou staff was helpful enough to waive the charges. Overall, we are very happy with the stay and will come back again next time.

I would like to praise Mel for her kindness and helpfulness. We didn’t know it would be hard to get taxi and Uber in the morning. She went all the way to help us carry the luggage n brought us to the train station with very clear instruction and printout to help us get to Gard Du Nord to catch our train to London on time. Extremely grateful. I wish I could give her more stars!! The hotel is very new and clean. Close to Galarie Layafette. Lots of restaurants around. Highly recommend this place. Thank you Mel.

Lovely fairly new trendy hotel”
The hotel has a nice big bathroom with latest facilities. The room is a bit small but able to accommodate two big bags! The hotel offers coffee and delicious croissants! The staff are friendly especially a special shout out to Jain (hope I spelt her name correctly). She was really helpful. There is one metro close by about 5 mins walk.

Beautiful boutique hotel ”
Chouchou is a well designed and centrally located boutique hotel, which is 5 min walk to l‘ Opera and Galeries Lafayette. The team is very friendly and helpful. I had a great weekend spent there.

We are very picky but this hotel ticked all the boxes for us! Very good bed, great shower, super quiet, nice dark curtains. What is not to like? Plus it’s central enough, so close to what we wanted to do in Paris. We would definitely be back.

Good location and nice boutique hotel but expensive”
The hotel location is in a alley that is just about 3mins away from the main road and train station that has many eatery place. And it's 7mins walkable distance away from Galleries Lafayette mall. All the staff were very friendly and helpful with a bell boy helping to move the luggage to the room. Tried to pay the City Tax in cash but the hotel doesn't have change so gotta pay with Credit Card. There is a bar downstairs at the hotel level 1. There is also two Asia food restaurant right opposite the hotel. I tried the one of the left and the food is good. Restaurant can get quite crowded throughout the day. Room is big with comfortable bed. Toilet is also very big and comes with hair dryer, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, etc.. No nice view from my room as it's facing other rooms. However, I feel that the price is too expensive for a 4D3N stay.

Not recommended, overrated ”
Location is ok because it’s near opera which can take roissy bus to airport directly. However, the room is quite small and the shampoo, shower gel is super bad and they charged us back because we used the shampoo n shower gel . We are quite surprised that it is not included in the room fee. Also, it is quite noisy and we can hear if people talk outside. And the television would switch on automatically. ( I don’t know is it because the wall is too thin so the control next door can switch on my tv through the door) But the rating is much over than it worths.

Hotel is nicely located. Close to many restaurants, cafe and accessible by Metro stations. Staff are all very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Will definitely stay again.

Very cute hotel with very helpful and cute staff. All hotel staff away smile and treat with service mind. Very recommended for tourists who want a warm welcome from Paris. Hotel room not big but it’s okay. If you have 2 big luggages like me, if you open it as the same time ,it will cover all floor space. For people who has small luggage, it’s better. Hotel room decorations are cute and room is clean. They have USB chargers near the bed. Specially, they have smart toilet with warm seat like in Japan , really like it, mostly hotel in EU don’t have bidet shower like this place.

My room was closest to the bar downstairs. Noisy music until around 11pm. Otherwise, everything is good.
