"I understand changes happening in the COVID-19 world. The pool, hot tub, fitness center, and business center were all closed yet in the hotel is still charging it's nominal resort fee for these items. I questioned it at check-in and immediately was offered a waiver from the front desk manager. Needless to say, on checkout, the fees still applied. My room was never serviced overnight although I vacated it around 10:30 in the morning and returned about 4:00 p.m.. the casino was busy but during the three days in it I only saw one person doing any wipe downs of machines or common areas. Instead, the casino chooses to close sections off for a couple hours during the night to clean the area which makes no logical sense to be after literally hundreds of people have used the area all day with little cleaning while they were there. Smoking areas are poorly marked and there were plent of smokers in the non-smoking area and were basically ignored by casino staff. Never saw one jackpot by anyone."
