just one night good! breakfast is not good!! but it was free.

It is located near to the railway. Thus, it was a bit noisy.

There was no refrigerator provided in their rooms, most of the Cleaning Women seemed to be rude

Towels and sheets were dirty! I found dirty spots and hairs on the sheet. Towels were dirty and stinky. I swear it wasnt changed... Horrible

I was on business to Bakersfield and this hotel provided an excellent stopping off place where I could get a good night's sleep and an early start the next morning.

Me My boyfriend and his daughter got bit by bugs and there was roaches. It is just north of business district but there is a major highway right there to get to downtown..the price was outrageously nice price can not beat it...it was very clean the room very clean so I was very happy to stay there will do again if I need to stay in Bakersfield again

This was the perfect accommodation for us to split up our road trip. Not too far from the freeway and restaurants, dog friendly, clean, quiet, no carpet and no mini single-use plastic bottles. We will more than likely use this hotel again as a stop-over on our trip back to Palm Springs next year.

The room was comfortable n no one really bothers you.

breakfast are all cold frozen bread, and they let us wait for half an hour outside, because the food was not enough.

Ice machine broken, I decided to stay another asked for towels I had to wait until they washed more $100 deposit wanted cash towels they had were rough

Traveling and visiting grandchildren. This was an excellent place for extended stay in Bakersfield: I the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.the service was great and I will stay again when visiting my grandchildren.

I like this location better than the other location in Bakersfield. It does cost more at this location . However, once you see how nice and updated the rooms are and the cleanliness.. it is worth it. Staff is always friendly been to this location 5-10 times. Always a great experience.

Only negative is location, neighborhood is not new It's not a bad neighborhood, but not new and showy either. Better free breakfast than most. Excellent bed. Digital controlled temp. Pretty decent hotel.

There was no problem with the room except for the heat that received us due to the turned-off AC. When trying to get breakfast 10 minutes before 9, personnel didn't let us in and was pretty rude.

It was a great experience to stay there in general. Their staff were very good and warm.

We stayed here one night and really enjoyed it. The hotel has a well maintained garden area with a great pool for relaxing. The staff was friendly and the coffee was great. Overall it was a very pleasant experience!

You would think that the room you PAY MONEY FOR would be clean. I go to step in the shower and there is a huge clump of hair stuck in the drain.... I was so disgusted. Makes me wonder if anything else in the room was even clean. Won't be staying there again.

We only had the one night at this hotel on our way from San Francisco to Las Vegas. The hotel was nicely appointed, clean and tidy. Staff were polite and overall would recommend a stay here. Breakfast was fresh and well presented

It was super clean. Housekeeping was on it. Some other hotels are not cleaning your room daily due to COVID, this horror is and it’s AWESOME. I appreciate that. Staff was nice. Pros: Free Parking, nice breakfast, nice rooms, between $100 - $150 room per night. Cons: so far nothing.

Although happy with hotel, would not book through Agoda again. Their site states breakfast included with all deals and that is not the case, very misleading.

Stayed a day during our road trip. For the price it's a good, however there is a smell in the lift.

Parking was easy. Checking in was a breeze. Directed us to another block on the 2nd floor. Beautiful and cosy rooms! Superb buffet breakfast! Very near to a nice park with river view. Very value for money for us as it was a stop over while travelling from Las Vegas to San Franscisco.
