"This lady is awful I have a service dog and the lady kept telling me she wasn't even after providing the letter. We had words and she gave me the boot right when I had plans to meet up with my children to spend the day. Not only did she ruin my day she made it extremely stressful. I will say her housekeeping staff is awesome though they very helpful and friendly."
