"I booked this motel so I could go to my grandson's graduation in Oroville. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The second day I was there they failed to clean the room but the staff was very responsive when I pointed it out. The continental breakfast left a bit to be desired but it was satisfactory based on the cost of the room. When I received my bill I was surprised that they charged me a $1 parking fee. I needed someplace to crash and this met the need. I would stay here again if the need arose. "

"Came up with friends, we are alumni and got a room for the weekend. Spent $100 and we got what we paid for. The room was dirty, filled with bugs. The bathroom was gross. Definitely never walked around barefoot, always had shoes on, the carpet looked gross. Overall, for $100, it was fine. "
