"I would say the gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. However, the hotel is not exactly what it is. I reserved for 2 queen bed and I got a King suite (I would say). When I open the door, I see a sofa and separated room with a King bed. I thought they made a mistake, went back downstair to ask. I was told to pull the sofa out as a bed and that is a queen bed, they could bring me sheet if I want to. Our flight got delay and we got there after 2am, I only stay for 1 night and I don't want to deal with it. Me and my daughter just slept on the King bed. The breakfast was good, standard holiday inn express breakfast."
