"One of the best... or maybe, the best! Compared to other capsule hotels I have stayed, this one has the biggest and widest capsule dimension making our sleep really comfortable. Amenities and toiletries were very well thought of. I specifically liked the pajamas! There was also a free shuttle bus to all Highland affiliate companies including Kawaguchiko Sta. The bus was always on time and the drivers were really polite. Location is perfect if you plan to visit the FujiQ Highland as it's just 2-3 mins walk from the main gate and the train station. However, small thing though- I experienced some electric sparks/ shocks on the control panel of my capsule (maybe it was because of the weather or friction). So maybe management shall look into it also. More power! "

"I stayed in building B 3rd floor Good - free breakfast - free shuttle (check website for schedule) to Train station, we used this a few times - big public bath is open and fun to try japanese culture - free wi-fi in room - everything is NEW (hotel only opened 2019/04), room isn't big but still spacious enough - you CAN see Mt. Fuji on the side road, behind the hotel Bad - front desk staff can barely speak English, to my surprise, not even a "shuttle" question. They do know to promote the Toyoko Inn Club card ($1500 JPY/year) LOL - checkout time of 10am is just too early in Japan, but they CAN store your luggage"

Can see half of the Mt fuji from our room while whole mt fuji can be seen from outside the hostel. Only disadvantage is my room don’t hv private bathroom ensuited, however the person in charge said that they hv a option of rooms that comes with en-suite bathroom. Thank you K’s Mount Fuji backpackers hostel, definitely will choose again for next fujikawaguchiko trip. "

"It was one of the best stays in Japan for me. The staff was excellent in their service especially a staff named Hiro. The room is luxuriously spacious unlike Tokyo. When you go out from the hotel, a BEAUTIFUL view of Mt Fuji can be seen. Although there was no wifi in the rooms, the internet at the lobby sufficed. 10 to 15 mins walk from Kawaguchiko Station. Just get proper directions from the concierge at Kawaguchiko station. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!"

"This hotel is in a good location between the lake and Mt Fuji. Close to the Churieto Pagoda. Strong wifi in the rooms. I was able to stream the football in the room from my mobile. Got the Mountain view room and Mount Fuji is unobstructed from the fourth floor. The onsen is huge and clean with next to no one using it. I would recommend and stay again. Make sure you visit the nearby Moose Hill burgers - up there for the best burgers not only in Japan but abroad too. Forget about he pancake shop below the hotel for overpriced coffee out of a machine. "

"Stayed here for 3 nights, and it is by far the most enjoyable stay of my 2 weeks in Japan. The view of Mount Fuji was perfect from every room and every area of the hotel (best views from the onsen!) The upkeep of the hotel surroundings provided so many photo opportunities. We were here during the cherry blossom season, and it was so beautiful. A stone throw to a whole lakeside of cherry blossom trees. Food for breakfast and dinner was simply amazing and full of variety. Lady Mori who served us during our stay here was like a friend, and we were tearful to leave. Will definitely choose to stay here again. "

"This is probably one of the best hostels I've stayed at in Japan, and this is my third time in the country and I've stayed at over 30 hostels. The guesthouse itself is cozy, comfortable but not cramped like many other places. There's free tea and coffee, fridge, microwave, oven etc. and laundry + drying only costs ¥300 (plus detergeant). Michael, the manager, also runs a great bar downstairs and serves a wide variety of western foods (e.g. burgers, pizza). There's also a great Japanese restaurant just opposite the hostel with an English menu. All the staff here speak good English and will help you with whatever you need. The balcony attached to the side of the guesthouse also gives you a great view of Mt. Fuji which is always nice to see when you wake up. My only complaint would be that the power plugs are a bit awkwardly positioned, like on the floor and at the side of the door. And if you're using an universla power plug chances are it won't fit on the floor adaptors. "
