"Needs lots of repairs! Windows were broken in our room. Air conditioner was so loud I couldn’t sleep! They used chlorine bleach a lot in our room. Toilet had blue tablets in tank. Wouldn’t go there again. Most everything in Jamestown is very old. Rustic. Had kitchen with dishes (no dishwasher). Stove was broken. The outdoor garden was nice & shady. "

"Pros Rooms are modern. No old carpets. Bathroom is updated. Cons: Hidden charges abound. Agoda booking says kids stay free. Hotel says otherwise. 22 usd charged PER CHILD below 12. Checkin after 12midnight - another charge. No breakfast at facility (just a warning - agoda clearly stated no breakfast for this one too) I dropped something at the back of the bed, and it was absolutely horrible. “Clean” towels on the rack still has hair stuck to it. Overall: You are better off elsewhere for the exact same amount paid. You think the price is ok, but add in their “charges” - you will absolutely regret it. Enjoy your vacation. Avoid the hassle from this location. "
