The staff was only there few hours per day. Few problems with caution payment and refund. Not having all toiletries in room, ... Overall the place is ok but service is just average and hours of availability of the reception is way under average. One receptionist was nice, the other one not so much. Mostly when it was to discuss how to solve the caution refund issue on my card. Check in and check out not flexible and late or too early. Difficult to get in touch with the management before and after the stay. If all these little things that pilled up were ok I could rate the stay higher but these were quite a lot of little issues daily to make our stay under average

the hotel is very convenient to all the amenities in the area including the restaurants,bars,beach and port. the hotel is very clean and tidy although as we had a room with a port view, the noise at night and early morning was quite bad if you are a light sleeper. The noise from the bars also went on into the early hours and as we had to keep the window open to keep cool it did not help. The pillows were very flat and only one each. The area is lovely and very pleasant. Parking close by can be difficult and it is pay parking from 0900 until 1900 hours. They have just introduced a new one way system which is purely for the benefit of cyclists and can be confusing as you can only go round the port one way.
