"Cleanliness: Overall, disappointing. There were stains on the carpets near the entrance. The mirror in the bathroom was chipping off. The sheets on the bed were only half put on when we arrived. Facilities: Breakfast was nice each morning. The pool was very small but at least it was heated. Our bed was very uncomfortable. Very bouncy and sagged significantly in the middle. On our second night, the smoke alarm started beeping a high pitched beep every minute. We called the front desk asking for this to be fixed and they asked us to unplug the smoke alarm (not safe). We detached it but it kept beeping all night. We were told there was nothing they could do and were awake all night with the constant noise. This isn't something I'd except from a Comfort Suites. We were disappointed with our last night there."
