"The biggest issues were using a queen size flat sheet instead of a king size fitted sheet on a king size bed. It kept creeping up during the night and I kept getting tangled in it. The other problem were the floors were tacky in certain places and would turn your feet black. And the tv would switch off for about 2 seconds and cover back on sometimes without sound. It seemed there were power surges causing this. Besides that, the room was comfortable and spacious. The staff was very friendly and the location was centralized to everything in Morro Bay."

"I have always chosen Best Western hotels whenever I travel. I love the balconie where I usually smoke while relaxing after a long day of exploring the places I go to. This branch however, is a no smoking hotel. It was disappointing. My husband and I had to go outside of the premises to smoke. However, the view from our room was fantastic! We can see the Morro Rock from the balcony. It more than made up for the inconvenience. Too bad we did not have time to enjoy the indoor pool."

"Receptionist was very friendly. Easy parking and updated lobby. This location actuall felt like a hotel compared to some of the other lodging places in Morro Bay. Rooms were clean and up to date. Their website is a little outdated so the rooms on the website do not show them update. Will definitely stay again."

"From my perspective, all of the important issues were met: the place was clean, room was not cramped, bed was very comfortable, services/appliances functional, near the harbor on a quiet street. The demerits were trivial things like a tear in the curtain liner, shower could have been hotter, hair conditioner but no shampoo supplied (oversight?) But I have paid twice as much in Morro Bay for a bad night's sleep."

"Not worth the price, the breakfast is served at the reception on small plastic plates, there is no place to eat your breakfast, you have to bring it back on a tray in your bedroom. The wi-fi was on and off the whole time, the bedrooms were really noisy, and the bathroom really needs to be redecorated. The only good thing was the location of the hotel, way too expensive for what is it. "
