"We had a group of about 50 that went out for a wedding. My S/O and I went out a day early to ensure all the rooms we booked through Agoda were coordinated for easy check-in. When we showed up, we spent 2.5 hours with staff trying to get things ready. It was of no use, however, as multiple of our guests showed up the next day and were either told that they didn’t have a reservation under their name (even though we laid out everything clearly on a spreadsheet), were checked into rooms that were already occupied (my husband and I walked into a room that had someone’s clothes and items already in it.. how can a hotel let this happen?!), received room keys that didn’t work, or received rooms that weren’t cleaned yet. The staff at the amenities are just as bad and do not pick up the phone or respond to calls for housekeeping or bell services. All-around terrible service which is disappointing because the facilities are really nice. BEWARE OF STAYING HERE!"

"Pros: Staff is well-trained, dynamic and well meaning. Management seems to be trying to do good work with resources available to them. (Pool, wine tasting, fireplace etc) Cons: Location, not charming. Hugs against an overpass nestled behind a Home Depot warehouse. (In Napa, not the place you want to be) Breakfast is an atrocity. (Processed food, carb board plates and single serve packaging) Price point too high compared to quality. Recommendation... go stay somewhere in Yountville it's far more charming and better location for Restos and wineries "
