"We didn't spent too much time at the hotel, but the staff was friendly, the rooms and common spaces were clean and the breakfast was very great with an extensive selection. The only problem was that the maid ignored our Do Not Disturb sign and she was cleaning our room while we were at breakfast only an hour before we were to check out and moved our stuff around to clean the room."

"Very nice hotel, good rates and service. I would only add that the bed was horrible. The mattress was hard and you can not have a good night sleep there. The size of the room was excellent as well as the bathroom and the shower. Breakfast was ok nothing special. I would definitely recommend this hotel and come back if visiting Palermo."

"Let me just clarify why I've given this a low mark on location; We were a couple on holiday visiting Palermo and although this hotel is only a few kilometres from the City, the walk is almost impossible because of the crazy traffic, taking a taxi will add at least 50 Euros per day to your stay. Having said that the rooms were very clean and the staff were friendly as you'd expect. Ideal hotel for business or booking a celebration. "

The roof top restaurant is superd .... very romantic views and sunset .... and food & service excellent. Thanks very much for all you did to Rosario and all staff."
