Where to stay in Pleasanton (CA)
Pleasanton (CA) hotels & accommodations
I found a last minute deal and wanted to be in the Pleasanton area for work. This hotel popped up and I found a decent rate for 2 days. The staff was so friendly from the moment we walked in, until we checked out. They have coffee, tea available all day as well as super fresh cookies, and muffins, and licorice. The breakfast was included and served from 6 to 10 I b...
Very nice and clean hotel. The room was perfect with a very comfortable bed, almost full kitchen, large bathroom, and large TV with a DVD player. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is conveniently placed in Pleasanton. I would recommend and stay there again.
Reasonably priced for the area, but not for what you get. The room was clean and seemed to be renovated. Staff was friendly. We were originally booked in a smoking room, but they quickly corrected the issue. Breakfast was not good (few options, no bananas). The entire facility seemed tired, in need of updating or a lower price point. Also, location was far from downtow...
Accommodations are reasonably priced and the location is excellent for access to San Francisco, Oakland, and San Jose. Tri Valley Inn is not a "destination" resort, though it has a pleasant pool in a quiet environment. There is an excellent Indian restaurant just a few steps away if you are there before 10pm. I will gladly make the Tri Valley Inn my "base camp" ever...
I was unable to sleep there due to a home emergency. I did take a shower and wash my hair and I liked the softness and shine of my hair. I think they use a water softener.
We had major issues with the wifi out of six days it only worked one day. Even when it did work it was in and out. If you are there on business and need to use your laptop for work, good luck.
The rooms facing the freeway could use soundproof windows.
The staff at the Sheraton Pleasanton was gregarious and helpful -- wonderful. While the room was just fine, the bathroom was another thing -- a lot of hair in the bath drain and single strands of hair stuck to the ceiling. My expectations of Sheraton are that the room will be fastidious, and that wasn't the case this time.
Helpful and friendly staff. Clean room
Good value for the money!
We all know that Extended Stay Hotels can, by their very nature, sometimes resemble an apartment complex more than a hotel. This one is exceptional, however. I asked for a “truly non-smoking” room in advance, due to my allergies, and I actually got one. The room was large, super clean and very comfortable; with a nice bed, bath and living area, with a full kitchen. Rec...
