"Vagabond Rancho Cordova is a nice hotel situated literally right off the Freeway. We found the location right for our needs, between Gold Country and the Capital. The area around the hotel is good too allowing for parking of larger vehicles and breakfast restaurant nearby. The rooms are comfortable and internet was free."

"The front desk staff was very friendly. The room was ok. The beds were comfortable. That's always a plus. The TV is too small for the room and poorly placed if you have the bed by the window. We had 2 air conditioning units in the room. One didn't work at all (probably an old unit that hadn't been removed) and the other one didn't cool down the room much. The carpet felt as if it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time and was super lumpy everywhere. The restaurant on site is absolute crap. The waitress was incredibly rude. We almost left based on that factor, but we were so tired from our long drive, we decided to try it. The food was so disgusting. The oil that the chicken was cooked in, tasted old. Everything besides the fries were gross. 2 out of the 3 of us ended up sick to our stomachs after eating. That was fun. Overall, we would stay here again. We just won't eat there. "
