"stayed in this hotel for about 10 days. the hotel room i stayed had a fantastic view of the moutains. i stayed at 6th floor. the room was very spacious and very clean. good to know there is a cozy 6th floor lobby where i stayed while my room is being serviced. the main lobby at front desk was big and well decorated. there is a television set at the lobby so i watched here while waiting for the taxi to arrive. the hotel is near to all sorts of shops...as in all kinds...everything that you need...and also near many restaurants and fast foods including asian/chinese food. i'm asian so i loved this idea of having asian resto and fast food just walking distance away frlom teh hotel. you will never get hungry when you stay in this hotel. the hotel breakfast is also superior to all the hotels i stayed in the us with same room price. there is scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausages which is really great...it's not just thje usual bread. you can also create your own pancake...i love this. the staff at front desk are also helpful and courteous. i definitely would like to go bakc to this hotel again and recommend it to people i know. "Overall I had a great experience. I checked in with a polite lady and I also ordered food from their kitchen. The staff was nice and friendly. Room was clean. My issue: the housekeeping service woke me up at 8:30am. I had a check-out time at 12pm. I do not believe they should be entering rooms prior to a check out, unless longer stays, room needs items, etc. This really frustrated me. Then when I was getting items ready to leave (I had to take 2 trip for my items to the car). The Do Not Disturb sign was on the door to prevent anyone from going in until all my items were in my car. I saw housekeeping look at me as I moved my first trip. After my first trip, I grabbed a cart to finish getting my things, when I had come back. The Do Not Disturb sign was inside my room now and the housekeeping cart was directly outside my room. I could tell they went in momentarily. However, they should not have entered at all with the sign and still before my checkout. Needs to be addressed. Overall good"
