"Booked via Agoda as smoke free, but confirmation was "request smoke free" Arrived at facility to pay extra to upgrade to smoke free. Not impressed. Then in the morning the continental breakfast was out of coffee, out of food, and no one at the front desk for 30 minutes. Other parties came and went without getting food. Then a party rang the night bell which prompted the surly manager to put on another pot of coffee and four slices of bread, plus four yoghurts and four instant oatmeal packs. when thanked by a middle aged lady, he just waved it off with what sounded like "yah" before he disappeared into the back. The location on a north south trip on the I5 is great, the room is acceptable, the building is old and transmits noise badly, so your sleep will depend on who else is nearby on the said night. I found the facility acceptable for the price, but the manager's attitude, both on check in and during breakfast really soured the experience. I'd still try again. "
