At reasonable amount you got Luxury room plus underground parking, swimming pool and gym. Basically it’s 5 star hotel not 3 one. You won’t be disappointed. The receptionist and Fouad were really nice. Thanks for your hospitality. The swimming pool from 10 to 10 and the cafe open 24 hours with restaurant.

Thry have 28sqm and 42sqm rooms and suites. I liked the 42sqm room but the AC is very noisy because it is not central. The whole hotel is smoking either in areas or rooms except 3rd floor. As the workshop I was attending was in this hotel, it was convenient. Close to airport was a plus point. Good wifi connection. Breakfast consisted of western and middle east varieties. Hardly any asian stuff. There was no private taxis around and you had to rely on hotel taxi which was way too expensive. A 5 minute drive to airport cost us 65 Riyals.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were really cooperative. The room service were available all the times. The location is perfect. Definitely I'll stay here next time.
