Where to stay in Strasbourg
Strasbourg hotels & accommodations

The hotel is not new but well maintained. The location is in the city center with main attractions are within walking distance. However, when firstly arriving from the rail station, it is a bit difficult to find the hotel as it is located one block behind the main street. The breakfast is great and the reception staffs are helpful. The room is relatively small but as e...

At home in Strasbourg, that is the best way to describe my stay at the Cerise, a little studio with all the amenaties you need to make you feel at home when you are away!!! Good internet available!! Fridge 2 hotplates ,toaster and everything else you need if you want tomake your food yourself. Supermarket in the vincinity. Capable and friendly staff, close to the local...

This is the second time I use this hotel and I find it an excellent base for a stay in Strasbourg. The hotel has a lot of charm and the Staff is very friendly and courteous. The rooms are spaceous and very clean with very comfortable beds. The breakfast is superb. Also parking is not a problem.I have stayed at various strasbourg hotels, but this has become my favourite.I am...

This was my second stay at Europe Hotel in Strasbourg. It is perfectly located in the Old Town, close to the cosy La Petite France, the impressive cathedral, other historic places, as well as to both small, personal shops and the biggest stores. The hotel comprises an old building and a newer one. Last time, I got a room in the old part, which was very small but nice....

I like how studio is just that much more convenient than a regular hotel room. The room is clean and updated. The front desk directed us to the nearby parking lot and we were able to wheel our luggages directly to the hotel from the same elevator. I'd stay at Odalys Green Marsch again if I come to Strasbourg.

We (a friend and I) stayed for one night and were immediately impressed by the location, right in the heart of the action. Our room was impressive, with a great view of the surrounding area. The staff were helpful enough though don't man reception 24/7 but they run another nearby hotel and are more than happy to run over to help. It was one night, it was great value ...

Just in fron of train station and 5 mins walk to famous Petite France area, 10 mins walk to Cathedral which is center of Old Town. Convenient location for everywhere. A lot of places to eat around and super market is just in front of hotel. Breakfast is good and there is free coffee, tea, Evian water and some fruits at lounge you can take anytime. There is one bottle...

This hotel is located within a walking distance from the city center so you do not have to worry about finding any means of transportation to get from the hotel to the Cathedral or Petite France area. There is an underground parking garage that costs EUR 11 a day, and there is an elevator that will take you from the garage to the hotel lobby. People at the reception ar...

Coming from Switzerland I wasn’t looking to stay in a Swiss style hotel but the price and location sold me on the idea! A quick 20minutes (or slow 30minutes) walk through the old town gave me a chance to get the lay of the land during the beautiful Christmas Market. The cozy room had everything including a kettle for a nice cuppa to warm up. Staff were friendly, spoke...

Read the cons! Pros: In the heart of Strasbourg with trams to and from Kehl town in Germany. Staff was friendly like the people around the city. Cheap night stay, ideal. Cons: Room was cold no matter how hot I tried to make it with the thermostat. Bath and sink drains were seemingly blocked, the water took 1hr in the sink especially to completely go down with the wat...

We love to travel to Alsace. This is our fourth times to travel to Alsace and our first stay in Strasbourg. To stay in Hilton Strasbourg Hotel was a good decision. It was comfortable enough, especially after a long day spent with travelling and sightseeing. The staff was so friendly and helping. The location is also good The city centre with shopping possibilities and ...

PROBLEMS: (1) You can only call the reception with the telephone in the room, no outside calls. (2) The housekeepers never cleaned my sink and they left their cleaning rags in my room. (3) Breakfast is too expensive and is not included in the $100 that I paid PER NIGHT. (4) There is no elbow room in the shower or in the vanity/mirror/sink cubicle. (5) The holder of the...

Me and my wife stayed at this place for 2 nights. We had our dog with us as well. This hotel is located absolutely at the center of Strasbourg with all the historical places and sights less than 1 km away. The staffs were very friendly and helpful and the place was neat and clean. Amongst the negatives we missed the coffee maker inside the room but later on found out...

You can check yourself in. The lobby has people in there (the lobby includes a restaurant/cafe). The check in process was very easy. It's a hotel but it's not classy, it's the opposite of that. More like funky modern. It was a fun experience and I did enjoy it. Breakfast was very good. Less than a 5 minute walk to the center. Would recommend!

We stayed 5 nights at the regent contades, rooms were spotless clean, good location, 2 mins walk to tram station and 10 mins walking distance to the beautiful cathedral shops and restaurants. 5 star cleanliness and the staff are very friendly, Fanny at the front desk is very welcoming, check in was a breeze. Would definitely recommend this charming hotel.

Nice and clean and comfortable hotel only walking distance from Gare Strasbourg (Strasbourg train station) and a walking distance from old town and EURO quarter. It provides a fast free WIFI for guests also. The only negative thing is location right next to bigger street and some people can be disturbed by noise. For me – I did not notice it.

I traveled with my mom and stayed in this hotel for 3 nights (September 3-5). We spent 65 euros per night and it got all we need: a well-equipped kitchenette, hair dryer, and air-conditioned. It's near the station and also about 10 minutes walk to petite France. There's a carrefour just next street, about a block away. Conveniently located. People there are very nice a...
Cheap places to stay in Strasbourg

i selected this hotel because of its location and my experience elsewhere that comfort inn has fast internet. this was certainly the case. by any standards the rooms are small but that doesn't matter when you are asleep. reception staff i met were vey multilingual as you would aslo expect in this part of france.

-The room is nice -Staff are helpful and good in English -50 carpark spaces available, and are easy to park ( I arrived at the hotel at 11pm and there were 2 empty parking spaces left, which is not bad) - walkable distance to Strasbourg Petite France

We couldn't fault anything about our stay at this delightful small Hotel. We loved being in our charming character-filled, cosy, comfortable room with views over church steeples and rooftops, and also loved being out and about wandering around the old town full of history, charm and friendly people. Breakfast in the quiet dining room was delicious, and all the staff we...

We booked the room through Agoda, we had a beautiful suite. The room was perfect. We were however disappointed by the service given the 4 stars of the hotel. First the reception lady wasn't very kind and seemed bothered by our questions. She also made us wait 15min before answering the interphone (the reception was outside the building, in a restaurant nearby), and an...

This hotel is very well situated close to all sites. Very quaint area and a beautiful city. We had a lot of fun wandering around admiring the quaint architecture and enjoying the city. Good food, friendly people, terrific buildings with a heap of character. The hotel has a classic facade and ultra modern interior. It is well designed and they are very keen on energ...

Real reviews for hotels
Strasbourg is a fine destination. They are more green/eco conscious than many of the places we visited.
Strasbourg is a typical mid-size French city: it is beautiful with magnificent buildings, excellent tourist infrastructure, great places to eat, a tremendous cathedral, etc.
Strasbourg is a lovely cultural city with lots of attractions. We enjoyed the light shows and barge ride.
Beautiful place, nice food, nice shopping area. Historical place to visit. One complain, the bus driver cannot speak English.
If you go there by car, be sure to go ahead of time.. The traffic Will kill you. Take the canal Tour, it's a greath Way to see the City
From our hotel, we are within about 10 mins walking distance to the notre dame cathedral and petite france.
I loved this city. I didn't know anything about it before getting there. Unfortunately I only had 2 days, one night in this city.
I love Starasbourg more than Paris. Parisians are snooty and just "un-nice". People in Strasbourg are very nice and helpful.
