"You are given a code to get in. I first could not get in and had to email and wait for an answer. Eventually, I could get in, but the code for the room would not work. Neighbors tried to help, but of course it did not work. After several emails back and forth, I got a phone number that was working (the one on the website is essentially for the bar that was closed when I went. After calling, trying to find a key, I was given a third code for the room and that one worked. The ventilator did not work. It is a nice place, but it seems that it is not managed well, to say the least. "
