"Although the hotel was nice and comfortable, the quality of the experience did not match the hotel's price. For example, my colleague and I were for business and we had to leave early for our meetings. Since breakfast started at 8am we were going to miss it but just 15 mins. We asked the hotel if they could put something together for us and they told us they had bottles of juice to go. Not impressed by the inflexibility!"
