It is next to the most visited monuments in Paris, Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysees and Place Trocedero (Eiffel Tower). Metro, restaurants and supermarkets are nearby.
The apartment is structured as follows:

Area Kitchen: fully fitted with plenty of cooking utensils, little bar, chairs, washing machine.
Bathroom: shower and WC.
This apartment is on the 4th French floor with elevator.

Great location”
Location is really good and space is quite small if you have a lot of baggages, you will have to fold the bed if you need more space. Didn't managed to meet the owner but she is responsive if you have any questions
Small but useful apartment ”
Location is excellent,3 min.walk form 2 metro stations and 5min.walk from arc de triomphe Markets and places to grab a bite for breakfast around The room is small but comparable to many other hotel rooms in Paris Bathroom and kitchen is clean and equipped Very easy to find and get into the apartment
Value and location”
First of all let me say if you are disabled either forget Paris or be prepared to taxi/uber everywhere a the metro has too many stairs in most locations. Now for the apartment. Location- 200mt from Argentine metro and 450mt from Arc de triumph,making this an excellent location to use as a base.There are a number of restaurants of all types in the local area. Facilities- Great shower room,large and well set out. Kitchen area has a fridge/washing machine/hob and microwave oven.All kitchen utensils are supplied and in excellent condition. Bedroom/lounge area-Double bed was comfortable with sheets and duvet.My one problem with the lounge area was that it only had 1 seat but 2 coffee tables(then again you are unlikely to spend a lot of time in the apartment),there was also a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools. Entrance to the apartment was easy and secure with excellent details supplied by the owner. All in all an excellent apartment in a nice area,with everything you could ask for.
