Very good location”
I will recommend the hotel to anyone and hope to be able to stay again. The hotel was just opposite the central train station and was across the bridge to the excellent shopping mall Euralille. The room was very comfortable and I hardly felt like leaving it. The staff was very helpful and gave good recommendations about traveling and attractions.

The location and room cleanliness was good but the staff at the counter has bad attitude. First I was told my room comes with breakfast but when I checked out, they realised it was not the case and did not apologise for misleading me.

Glazen deurwand van de badkamer en vloerbedekking met (chloor?)vlekken, maar verder alles kraakhelder. Erg klantvriendelijk personeel, heerlijk bed en hele schone handdoeken. We komen zéker weer terug!
