My family and I got a hotel for 2 nights to visit the local university. The cleanest hotel we’ve ever stayed at and it was very warm and welcoming ! Recommend to everyone if they ever have the change to go up to SB.

I had a negative experience. My day was switched around. The hotel didn’t honor my dates and refused to refund my money all while being rude and speaking down to me and boisterous.

This is a perfect hotel for families who are in town for a UCSB graduation! Very close to school. Staff was great, breakfast options were amazing, and activities on-site (golf, chess, pool, paddle table, large jenga, and corn hole) were great for the family!
