網路預訂後隔日至夢想家服務椻台，小姐一開口竟告訴我，我網路訂購”看到"的房間要再加1仟元，不然只能下午4點入住畸形小小邊間，我想隨便吧，反正白天都去旅遊無所謂，沒想到等到下午要入住另一位小姐竟告訴我沒有我名字，已被別人訂走了，無法入住?那上午那小姐呢?已下班!暈倒!不但未道歉，竟說找別家好，重點是一旁男副理也一付無所謂!真是可悲!
