“We had a complicated stay”
Our room was big, and the bed and tv were nice. But my parents room had mold in the ceiling and a very strong mold smell. Also, their ac was not working properly. Breakfast is bad. They have eggs (which is not real egg, is those bagged ones, out last day it was so bad I had to ask the lady if it was rotten. Besides that there’s like 5 other items to eat and that’s it. But the most concerning was this drunk guy looking like a homeless person who was staying in the hotel somehow, and for no reason he looked at me and my fiancé and started picking a fight. We reported it immediately to the receptionist who didn’t have much to do but to try to keep an eye on the guy. Still felt very unsafe, and there was no male security guard in the hotel to handle the situation for the lady in the front desk.
