"Facilities look nice from the outside but inside they could be improved. I booked a non smoking room and at arrival they only had a smoking room for me and they were sold out. I went upstairs to check and see if I could stand the smell and it was absolutely disgusting. Carpets look dirty and room overall looks dated. I was relocated to another hotel by the traveling site I booked through. Front desk was friendly but pretty much useless to accommodate me in a decent room that I had already paid for. That’s just my experience but I will never book again a room at this hotel."

"We used it as our overnight stay for retail therapy in the nearby Livermore Premium Outlet. The first room we were assigned smelt of cigarettes. We were moved into another room promptly. Better, but the carpet felt grimy. But the great buffet breakfast with the works and elegantly laid out comparable to 4 to star hotels in terms of quality and spread made up for it. I would recommend it but it needs better housekeeping."

"I enjoyed this stay immensely. While its not close to downtown Pleasanton, it is close to the outlets and Hacienda Business Park. The hotel was new, modern, clean and worth the price. I’d stay there again."

"I was in Dublin for my daughter to have surgery. The last day we were there I didn't know if I could check out at noon or had to keep the room another night. Staff aloud me to check out at 2:00 without extra charge. Lots of places to eat within a couple of blocks. One block off the freeway. Very quiet. Police were at all entrances due to the protesting and I felt very safe. Room could have been vacuumed better. Nice to have more towels but room service brought them up quickly. No breakfast, couldn't use the pool. Price should have been lowered."
