I’m really impressed with everything here. From the ease of checking in, to my special requests being accomodated, to the cleanliness of my room, and the perfect location in Roseville. And for the incredible price? I’m totally sold! I’ll be recommending this hotel to my family and friends when they come to visit! The bed was comfortable, the TV was full HD on a 50” +\- LG TV, the full sizes freezer and fridge kept my ice frozen and my sodas and food cold! The water was hot and the pressure was strong. The front desk staff were attentive, friendly, and easy going. Honestly, I’ve stayed at a solid selection of the hotels in Sac/Roseville area and the quality vs. cost makes this hard to beat. Seriously. It has everything I need and nothing I can complain about. I extended 2 more days. I’ll be back again. Book it. You’ll be happy you did.

My first review was an inaccurate. The Good: •Most all staff are very nice except for a woman who was unnecessarily rude and seemed to take it personal when it took me longer than usual to check out. •Location is great •Warm Water and Great Pressure •Affordable •Full size fridge and freezer The Bad: •There is NO ICE MACHINE! What kind of hotel doesn’t have an ice machine?! But, they give two trays so you can freeze your own and have ice 3 hours later! Insane!! •The laundry is a RIP-OFF $3.50 to wash and $3.50 to dry!! The Washing machine bin is tiny! •The vending machine and drink machine sells tiny sized snacks for $3.50 and an additional $.10 or $.15 cents if you use your credit card!!! •You have to haul all your Items you want for the kitchen yourself. The cabinets are empty. There are no plates, cookware, cups, dish towels, soap, coffee maker, toaster, NOTHING. There is no Shampoo or Lotion in the bathroom. YOU MUST ASK FOR EVERYTHING! This is the weirdest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. To have to ask for every single thing and not have it be in the room is just a joke. It’s literally the stingiest hotel. They want to charge you an arm and a leg for laundry, snacks, and still not provide any dang ICE?! That’s the best part is the ice machine! Oh, the vending machine has a $3.50 tiny back of Cheeze-It’s and other junk but not a mention of Laundry Soap if you didn’t bring any. All in all it’s like a bad dream. Then the Karen who I had never met before and had stayed there 10 days already, tell me on the phone with an attitude, “ok, this late check out thing isn’t working!” Whenever your problems lady is, it’s YOUR problem. Everyone else was very nice. If these dot. Bother you the. Great, stay there. But I take back what I previously said. I will never stay there ever again. Oh, I was never told about breakfast hours, my wifi never worked nor was I told how to logon, and the only luggage cart was broken - had flat tires and one wheel had bent off the bottom and the wheel was sticking out like, 180* making it darn near useless. I showed the maintenance guy and he stared confused and walked away never to be seen again. Spend some more money and you’ll be better off. The company and that woman are not good. But the rest of the staff were the only redeeming factor. But no ice? There’s no excuse for that. Thst actually makes me mad. Don’t do it. Trust me.

NO ONE AT DESK COULD NOT GET IN MY ROOM AT 12AM ARRIVAL - THEY HAD WRONG PERSON NAMED FOR MY RESERVATION”
AGODA is awesome and served us well in Milpitas, CA at another hotell but this hotel was horrible !!! We arrived approximately 12AM, and for over 1 hour could not get in my room due to this hotel staff not there, and security could not let me in. I asked security to contact hotel staff and they had no number. Security contacted their supervisor and supervisor did not care and could not do anything. I asked what if there is a flood from a broken pipe who do you contact, and again security had no clue. So, we are stuck with no room and just drove two hours getting there. Then they asked my name but said sorry no reservation for you after i did show them the printed reservation. They said staff earlier has a room key but not my name.....Horrible !!!. After an hour this security looks at the key made and note for the key staff made earlier in the day....three letters of my first name were in this 12 character name, so this security said this must be you even though my ID was nothing close to this name. The room had few small ants, the sheets looked very old and dingy, but I did check for bed bugs and did not see any (we brought our own sheets and always do). This place had Popcorn Acoustical Ceilings, which is from the 70s or early 80s. Some of the guests looked and sounded like long term residents some not desirable (one guy and his girl were panning for Gold in the lobby with a gold pan swishing water around with dust on bottom....whaat). Then keys would not work on the exterior doors and sometimes would not work on our room door.... finally, completely stopped working, had to get new keys......the no staff, cannot get checked in, wrong name with key, no contact for security to call for hotel, being upset, wasting time, keys not working, etc......spend $10 more per night and go to another hotel. Manager knew trhe troubles we had and never contacted us to apologize....but maybe she was also panning for Gold maybe in the laundry area. Oh, and NO LUGGAGE CARTS, we had to carry everything to the 3rd floor and back down upon checkout.
