We could not find parking in the structure. Driving in circles after paying for parking. Finally went to the office regarding parking and was asked to park in the hotel’s driveway on the side street. Many other customers circling for parking as well. Everything else was fine.

I dropped off my car in the evening when I arrive the next morning when they brought me my car up to the front found that my car being crashed in the rear also when I did the reservation online breakfast was included in the morning they say sorry breakfast not included TV was not working they supposed to come fix it never showed up one of the worst weekend getaway experience with this motel

This is a nice hotel where I live in San Diego. The hotel locates on near downtown and I can go to San Diego Zoo on walk. So this is a nice hotel for me.

Nice room and location for the price”
Its a nice place to stay for a good price. Its located in downtown and you can literally walk to many of the attractions in San Diego. However, there's no complimentary breakfast, the Wifi connection was really bad... basically useless. Also, I felt the parking charges of $17 are a bit excessive.

Great service & great location”
Read a couple of negative reviews after booking and was worried about staying here. Even considered cancelling the non refundable booking! We decided to give it a try and so glad we did. Our room (903) was clean and comfortable, good sized bathroom, safe, fridge and comfy chairs. Within a comfortable stroll to downtown or Bayside and a few minutes from Little Italy. Breakfast buffet was a bit sparce but had everything we wanted. Would most certainly stay here again. Thanks for a great experience.

Perfect location near airport”
Hotel is located close to the aiport. They provide a free shuttle to and from the airport. Beds are very comfortable. It is within walking distance of Little Italy where you can find all kinds of food. Very enjoyable. Hotel guests should not be charged parking fees. I would stay here again. It should also have a decent restaurant on site.

Perfect location near the airport with free shuttle service to and from airport. Beds are big and comfortable. It is within walking distance of Little Italy where you can find a wide variety of food. Hotel should not charge customers for parking. This is an additional fee that is unnecessary. Hotel should have a decent sized restaurant on site as many people use it as a transit hotel and don't want to bother with going out to eat when they arrive after a late flight.

Great staff, good location, clean”
Great time, was a little expensive, but lovely staff and clean rooms. We could walk to gaslamp area easily and most of downtown. We got upgraded to the top floor, but when we extended our stay we had to move 2 floors down which wasn't as nice. The hotel was doing renovations or something. Felt that for what we paid the top floor was of great value. Staff was really helpful. Food was good, but room service fees were a bit excessive.

Clean Hotel and great location.”
only downfall about this hotel is that the parking is $20 a night. However, there is parking on the street if you don't mind walking a few blocks. The hotel is clean and located walking distance from the harbor and downtown. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay.

I was pretty happy about the hotel. The hotel itself is new, modern, and very stylish. It is located in the center of the city so very convenient. You can go eat at a nice restaurant or go clubbing with your friends. There is a trolley sattion near there so you can go to the border or the beach easily.

Convenient location, no problems”
Overall, it was a good choice. Worst part of it was that we were located close to the elevator we called "the groaner". It was noisy and a bit disruptive for my light sleeper husband. We had a room with a great view, away from the highway side, so road noise was not an issue. Dining facilities are lacking however, so plan to go offsite for meals. Not a bad thing, there's plenty to choose from close by.

Within walking distance to SD Opera ”
Our purpose of the trip was to attend SD Opera performance before they closed down. Since this was our first time to visit SD, we were not sure how close the hotel was to Civic Theatre where the opera was performed. It turned out that it was w/i walking distance. My hotel res. confirmation said no breakfast included, but we were delighted that it was, and it was quite good with fresh fruits and yogurt among other items. The room was comfortable with two double beds, and the bathroom was also comfortablly appointed with enough towels. Something needs to be done with the shower curtain; although we were very careful about putting the curtain bottoms inside the tub, somehow lots of water spilled out and covered the floor. The staff was mostly friendly exept for a couple who were at the front desk when we returned after the opera. We walked in ready to return their greetings, but they were talking to each other and completely ignored us.

My last visit was 2 days ago, the staff was good and responsive . However , being Sheraton hotel , the interior was not really " Sheraton" standard . The lobby was small . But, overall was okay for us ...

Great Location and OK size rooms”
This hotel was recently renovated and the rooms are beautiful and everything was done nicely in the renovation. Parking is tight being the spaces are circular and not ideal for bigger cars or SUVs. The workout room is small however the hotel is adding a new one in the basement. The front desk was great and the restaurant was small and is also the bar area.

No Nonsense Good Location”
Everything about this hotel is exactly as expected. The only dodgy thing is that you trade excellent location (close to freeways, shopping, eating, and the airport) with the world's smallest driveway and parking garage, which are constantly blocked by airport shuttles. But once you're in the hotel, rooms, and service are easy, friendly, and professional.
