Waterpark is okay but unit is not well maintain”

The C2 building looks like a run down apartment from the ground floor and the lift, maybe the one owned by hotel is better. Check in is easy with smart touch however the toilet smell, yellow spots bedsheet and aircond not functioning well in 2nd room really bad it could be well maintain for people to stay, even just a night. Staff is very nice and guided you on WhatsApp on the clear details.

Dilapidated State”

I think due to the covid19 effect, the building was left in a bad state. The last I visited this place was 6 years ago and then it was still new. Morib is a nice and short getaway from KL during the weekends and it would be great to see this place get refurbished back to its glory days. There aren't any similar dwellings like this along Morib, except Impian/Villea Morib. The next closes will be Avani which is about 30km away at Tg Sepat.

I think need to improve the level of cleanliness not only in the unit but also in the apartment area because there is no care and dog poop is left in the corridor area as long as we are there.

Both the units were very clean and the air con, toilet, jacuzzi and bath were in good working condition. The TV in unit 3351 not in working condition and no valid channels. In the night I hear sound of water dripping in the bathroom. I noticed the roof had water stain, suspect a leak. Water bottle available but no coffee or tea bag to hv a hot drink . Whereas, the unit A3372 was considered OK . Overall both units were good. The negatives were, the beach looked dirty, have to drive out to get you food and the building and surrounding looked rundown. No idea of going back to this place.

Jacuzzi disfunction ”

Good things : 1. Ann is very responsive and can reply within 5 mins. She is helpful and nice. 2. The in room bathtub is special and kids love it. 3. Room is clean and spacious. 4. Location and carpark space are good and convenient. Poor things: 1. Rooms needs to well maintained especially jacuzzi bathtub part, water flew out from the bathtub and jacuzzi actually doesn't working and quite old. Can switch on but no bubble up. 2. No 3 in 1 coffee sachet provided at the room
