It was terrible night for me. There no single light at level 5,6 and 7 couridor. No light at G floor and parking. Very dark and feel like hunted place. Not advisable to stay at bee stay. We have reported to contact person but non of the take action on this.

Long gone maintenance ”
As the title implies, the unit looked like it hasn’t been maintained for some time now. There was a stretch of paint peeling off the wall, exposing the plaster underneath which was very unpleasant to the eyes. Aside from that, the air conditioner was not cooling at all, it appeared that thick layer of dust has stuck up the filter, leaving the air conditioner malfunctioning, when was the last time it was cleaned? The curtain on the other hand, was on the verge of falling down as the hanger was solely relying on one side of the support, the other side has pulled off the wall, leaving the screw hanging in the mid air. This is dangerous, what if it really falls down some day and strikes someone below it? Let’s talk about the facilities, the table lamp next to the beds was purely for display only as there was no socket anywhere near it for connection. There were only three available sockets in the room, with one in the cabinet and two behind the tv rack. The tv rack was literally blocking the sockets, we had to bend our charger And cable in an odd way to plug in. I mean what an interior design you had there? The cleanliness was satisfactory except some marks here and there as you would have expected for an old unit. The worst part of my stay here was that this room has actually been doubled booked! Someone was trying to open the door from outside while we were inside. Upon checking, there was a family with two kids, coming for a vacation. This family has actually booked the room way earlier than us but just that we checked in earlier, they were kind enough to let us stay. The family and I both received the same instruction to check in to the same unit on a day before our stay, what was the management actually doing?!
