Nice staff, great for the price”
Staff were super helpful and accommodating with holding our bags before check-in/after check-out, our room was spacious and clean, and in a great location and provided easy access to Pigalle metro, 5 minutes walk away. The train directly to CDG Airport was 15 minutes walk away also, so not too bad. Downsides: - Bathroom had a pocket door which was a bit temperamental and the lock didn't work - Walls are paper thin. Could hear the room over flushing their toilet, but nobody was particularly noisy so never caused a major issue. - Lift can only accommodate two, or one with luggage. Very small.

Value in good location ”
Stayed here with a couple of friends for 3 nights. In a nice area with plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc in vicinity. Also close to Pigalle metro station. 15 min walk from Gare du Nord. Hotel is nothing fancy. It is quite tired cosmetically but comfortable with pleasant helpful staff. They do a decent enough Continental breakfast for €10 which is better value than some neighboring eateries.

Adequate for the Price/Budget”
European rooms are small so don’t expect rooms to be like North American hotels unless you are willing to spend $$$. That said, room was cozy, comfortable and provided us with a nice central place to stay. Would have liked to have a fridge and hot water kettle. Staff is very friendly, helpful and Anglais friendly! Will come back again.

Good location 15 minutes walk to Guare de Nord, near to Sacre Ceur and short walk to the metro. Basic room, did not have a kettle. Seemed clean. Stayed on 2nd floor. On departure unable to get on with heavy bags due to capacity of lift with use by others, took 20 minutes to get out.

Maleducazione! staff rudeness”
both nights we returned to the hotel at about 00:30 am and, since it is necessary to call the door, we waited 15-30 minutes before the staff opened us. after pointing out to him, in an extremely kind manner, that it had not been pleasant to wait all that time, he started threatening to make us pay (for what I don't know!) and to say bad words to us in French not knowing that I understood him very well. the French confirmed to be rude and inhospitable. entrambe le sere siamo rientrati in albergo alle 00:30 e, poiche' e' necessario citofonare per farsi aprire la porta, abbiamo atteso 15-30 minuti prima che il personale ci aprisse; dopo avergli fatto notare, in modo estremamente gentile, che non era stato piacevole attendere tutto quel tempo, ha iniziato a minacciarci di farci pagare (per cosa non so!) e a dirci brutte parole in francese non sapendo che lo capivo benissimo. i francesi si confermano maleducati e inospitali. adieu paris!

Exceptional”
Location was in the red light district of Paris, but within walking distance to Montmartre and Sacre Coeur. Near Pigalle metro station. If it we just me and my husband, I would stay here again. But if with kids, better stay in a nicer part of the city. Breakfast was ok, 10€ for adults, 5€ for kids. Tiny elevator. Reception was good and staff were friendly and helpful.

Pleasent 5 night stay”
The hotel was in a perfect location. A few minutes by foot to sacre couer and pigalle. The pigalle metro and bus station gave you access to anywhere in the city.. The hotel is also surrounded by bars and restaurants, which makes it convenient for breakfast and dinner... The hotel was very very clean. The only hitch however was that they did not change sheets daily or every two days. Our stay was 5 nights so a change in sheets would have been welcome. For that I will reduce a star on Cleanliness. The wifi was ok. Staff were helpful. The water in our shower area was not going down quickly and when informed the issue was fixed thay very day. The lift however is tiny. Enough for one person with luggage.

Renovation in process”
The room was filled with smell of renovation and I stayed in a room where no guess room is next to me but a room that is in maintainence process from 0830-1730, not sure if this is a good thing or bad thing. The windows are a bit weird but the room is decent. I couldn't even find a 1200w hair dryer in 4 stars hotel but they got a 1600w stuck on wall hair dryer. Was quite surprise. Some staffs are nice(morning one) but I definitely dislike the night staffs (poor attitude, listening to music with headphones so couldn't hear the doorbell, we need to stand outside the main entrance to wait for him...) overall location not too far away and room itself is nice and new

The hotel desk staff was very friendly and helpful providing the metro maps to us. The hotel location was near to the metro and roughly 15 mins walk to reach. Room was clean and comfort. Even after we check out, we are allowed to store luggage at the hotel lobby which I found is very convenient for traveler that only leaving in the evening (no need to carry luggage around).

A nice little hotel if you don't expect too much”
It was the ideal hotel for my purpose, a simple place to sleep with a good continental breakfast. The downsides are the lack of air conditioning and traffic a bit noisy in front rooms although this eased after midnight. Good location for Tourism.

Lift only goes up to 5th floor so if you are on the top (6th floor), you would need to take the stairs. Lifts are small (typical of Paris hotels ) and fits 2 people. There is no air conditioning in the room. I was there this week when Paris had record high temperature above 30C. I had the windows open all night but still could only barely sleep because of the heat. The AC is something to think about if you are staying there during the summer.

This hotel is well located in the Pigalle area near Montmartre. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is with air conditioner. They have also a shuttle service to the international airport.

A week in Paris”
The staff was very helpful, friendly. English was spoken, the facilities were clean and well maintained. My companion needed handicap facilities and we were given a room on the first floor with some handicap amenities. Overall, a value for the money.
