Location: Next to Chinatown, quiet street Room: not enough space for luggage however big enough for backpacks Facilities: none, you do have soap, shampoo, condition, razor, body sponge, toothbrush Would recommend for those who don't need space in the room, it's a double bed if you're tall and are okay to sleep snuggly with another person or works..otherwise perfect for a solo traveller. This is a business hotel, respectfully not a social hotel meant to be quiet space. Staff speaks English, Agoda made the booking very easy.
Positive points (things I liked): - Close to two stations - Near Yokohama Stadium (both are an easy distance for those with children) - Staff is friendly Other thoughts (just an average impression): - Cleanliness is standard - Limited amenities (some hotels provide facial cleansers, makeup removers, and other items, but this one doesn’t) I booked a stay this time to attend a live event with my child. Since having a shower and a place to sleep was sufficient, what I booked was enough. I think the location is very good. Not needing to use up energy or motivation to move around is really nice. The staff was very friendly. Thank you.
I love in smoking room but I'm not smoker and I hate smoking smell but Hotel have high quality air purifier in room so after I open door I smelled it a bit I open full power of air purifier an hour after that I think I don't smell it (this is my risk that I choose when booking the room left is for smoker 😅 so I give 10/10 because although that I take a risk facility still help me) Staffs team at information have both Japanese and English speaker so it very convincing to asking something Room cleaner staff is still did a great job , About location it from of China town gate and close to many visit point Gu dam factory , Market , China town , Yokohama baseball stadium, many musiums In my first night someone (guest) living there and forget to close the door when hot bathing so the fire warning system was rang 😂 I'm awake at that night to lobby and I found firefighter come there quickly , so if some accidentally happen I think they will rush to their in time , so please listen to staffs cafully before live-in (don't list a key card , and don't open door when hot bathing is important) 😉
The space is a small suit for one person stay, but two persons still can fit. Room was clean and everything is working perfectly. Location is good, there are restaurants and convenient store nearby, fit to the price.

“My first stay at a RibuMax hotel.”
After looking at various reviews before my stay, I finally decided to book. The person at the front desk wasn't Japanese, but they were very kind and explained everything well, leaving a good impression. I wasn't asked to pay in advance or show any identification. The check-in was smooth. As for the room, it was a bit more compact than certain chain hotels, and there were four outlets available. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The unit bathroom was clean, and the mirror was large. It came with shampoo and toiletries, including a toothbrush and razor. There was also a compact mirror in front of the TV, which is great for makeup. I felt there was some noise from the walls, so sensitive individuals might want to consider that. The bed was soft, and I slept well. It might be nice to go from Kannai. If the opportunity arises, I would like to go again. I would also like to use this hotel when traveling to different places.
